(Problems to be solved by the invention) That is, for example, the connection between each color-coded lead wire 9 connected to a predetermined terminal of the control unit for the step motor 11 not shown and each corresponding terminal of the stator winding 1 is Since it is necessary to appropriately mark each terminal of the stator winding 1 and the like, the work is complicated, wiring mistakes are likely to occur, and the productivity of the step motor 11 is significantly reduced. In addition,
There is a drawback that water, dust and the like enter from between the lead wire 9 and the grommet 10 to remarkably shorten the life of the step motor 11.

As a countermeasure against this, actual development No. 61-32762 and actual development No. 61-355
As described in Japanese Patent No. 55, there is a method of attaching a connector to the step motor body before attaching the case or the cover, but even in this case, each terminal connected to the predetermined terminal of the step motor control device Alternatively, no solution is provided for the method of connecting the lead wire and each corresponding terminal of the stator winding. In addition, water, dust, etc. may enter from the case or between the cover and the connector to extend the life of the step motor. There was a drawback that it significantly lowered.

Next, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are reference examples, in which the connector 31 is formed by inserting the socket 32 into a knife-edge-shaped conductive terminal 33 and the stator core 34 into a ring-shaped end surface. The protective plate 35 made of an insulating material is formed in a removable shape with the V-shaped conductive receiving terminal 36 fitted in each terminal connection position groove (not shown), and has a knife edge shape when the other end cap 38 is fitted in the stator frame 37. The conductive terminal 33 at the tip is inserted into the V-shaped conductive receiving terminal 36 so that both terminals 33, 36 become conductive, and the lead wire 40 of the stator winding 39 is attached to the V-shaped conductive receiving terminal 36. By inserting the knife-edge conductive terminal 33 into the V-shaped conductive receiving terminal 36 so that the lead wire 40 of the stator winding 39 is covered by the V-shaped conductive receiving terminal 36. It is possible to make solderless connection as it is, peel off the coating and make solderless contact It can be continued,
It is also possible to peel off the coating for solder connection.

Accordingly, in the present invention, in the winding completion state of the stator winding, each terminal wire of the stator winding connected to each corresponding terminal of the connector is further connected to the ring from each corresponding first holding groove of the bobbin. As a result of being sandwiched in the respective corresponding second holding grooves of the plate-like protective plate, the respective terminal wires of the stator winding are definitely connected to the respective terminals of the corresponding connector. Moreover, since the lead wire is soldered to the connector terminal in a state where the lead wire is positioned and fixed in the second holding groove, the lead wire is surely connected. Further, since the socket of the connector in which the connector terminal is insert-molded is integrally formed with the end cap by outsert, there is an effect that the waterproof and dustproof functions can be sufficiently ensured.

A step motor, wherein the end portion of the lead wire and each connector terminal are soldered.
