Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】カンナに、握りやすいハンドルを取り付けるこ
とによって、疲労の少ない、安全なカンナ掛け作業がで
きる。 【構成】台座にあいた孔にネジを通してネジをカンナの
上端に捩じ込み、台座を固定することによって本考案の
ハンドルをとりつけることができる。取り付けたハンド
ルの握り部をにぎってカンナ掛け作業を行えば疲労の少
ない安全な作業ができる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はカンナ掛け作業に要する労力を軽減しかつ安全性を向上させるための カンナ用ハンドルに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
日本式カンナを使う場合、従来の方法は直方体の形状のカンナ台を直接手で握 りカンナ掛けをする。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら従来の方法は指が疲れる上に、指先を被切削木材の表面に接触さ せて思わぬ怪我をするという問題点があった。
【０００４】 本考案は上記問題点を解決すべく、カンナ台を直接手で握るのではなく、カン ナに取り付けられたカンナ用ハンドルをにぎってカンナ掛けをする事によって、 疲れない、かつ安全な作業が可能となることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本考案のカンナ用ハンドルは、丸みを帯びた握り 部を、その部分を手で握った時、窮屈でない程度の空間を確保してカンナ台にと りつけられることを特徴としている。

【作用】
握り部をもつ事によって、指先ではなく、指の付け根でカンナを引く事ができ るので疲労の少ないカンナ掛けができ、指先は被切削材から離れているので安全 な作業ができる。

【実施例】 図１と図２は本考案の第一実施例である。 図３と図４は本考案の第二実施例である。 図５と図６は本考案の第三実施例である。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように、本考案のカンナ用ハンドルをカンナ台の上端にとりつけ てカンナ用ハンドルの握り部をにぎってカンナ掛けをすることで疲労の少ない、 安全な作業ができる。
