In such a delivery mechanism C, the frame 24 is initially in the lying posture and the chuck 27 in the opened state has the belt-like cloth loading section X.
Waiting to face. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, when the tip end portion of the strip-shaped cloth V 1 separated by the cloth separating device B is fed out between the fixed teeth 27a and the movable teeth 27b of the chuck 27, the push-pull means 34 is pushed out. As a result, the chuck 27 is closed and the tip of the belt-shaped material V 1 is held by the chuck 27. After the chuck 27 holds the tip of the belt-shaped material V 1 in this way,
The rotation driving means 22 operates and the frame body 24, the rotation driving means 25 and the chuck 27 are integrated together with the shaft body 23 as shown in FIG.
When it is rotated once (the frame 24 is in the upright posture), the push-pull mechanism 20 extends to project the first guide rod 18, whereby the entire delivery mechanism C is moved from the belt-shaped material stacking section X to the sewing section M. The operation of advancing to the above is performed, and the advancing operation at this time pulls out the strip-shaped cloth V 1 from the strip-shaped cloth stacking section X. Then, when the delivery mechanism C moves to the sewing portion M, the chuck 27 is opened, and the tip end of the belt-shaped material V 1 held by the chuck 27 is dropped from the chuck 27 and is shown by a virtual line in FIG. It is delivered to the sewing section M as shown. At this time, when the preceding band-shaped cloth V 2 is present in the sewn portion M, the leading end of the belt-shaped cloth V 1 overlaps the end of the band-shaped cloth V 2 .
Incidentally, at the time when the leading end portion of the band-shaped cloth V 1 is the passed to the sewn portion M, the end of the band-shaped cloth V 1 was remains in the strip material stacking portion X, strip cloth V 1 was a sewn portion M strip Dough loading section X

Here, when the front and back of each strip-shaped fabric are alternately reversed, as in the case where a large number of strip-shaped fabrics V loaded on the fabric base A are reversed in the middle, the strip-shaped top layer is formed in the above-described manner. Cloth
When V 1 is pulled out from the belt-shaped material stacking section X and delivered to the sewing section M one after another, the belt-shaped material V 1 delivered to the sewing section M one after another
The front and back of each will be in the opposite direction. Therefore, in the case where the strip-shaped cloth V that has been stretched in the middle is loaded on the cloth table A,
In the middle of the operation of advancing the entire delivery mechanism C from the belt-shaped material stacking section X to the sewing section M, every other sheet, the chuck 27 is rotated 180 degrees by the rotation driving means 25 as shown in FIG. By doing this, when the strip-shaped cloth V 1 is twisted in the inverted state and the tip end of the strip-shaped cloth V 1 is transferred to the sewing portion M, the front and back of the preceding strip-shaped cloth V 2 and the front and back of the succeeding strip-shaped cloth V 1 are in the same direction. become. In this case, by simply rotating the chuck 27 by 180 degrees, the band-shaped material V 1 is twisted in the inverted state, but the twisted shape is likely to be distorted,
If the band-shaped material V 1 is twisted as described above, the delivery to the sewn portion M is likely to be hindered. In order to prevent such a situation, after the belt-shaped material V 1 is twisted in the inverted state by the rotation of the chuck 27, the push / pull mechanism 20 is pushed / pulled only a few strokes in a small stroke to front and rear of the delivery mechanism C. You should repeat the process. By doing so, the distorted twisted shape of the belt-shaped material V 1 is eliminated to obtain an appropriate twisted shape, and the delivery to the sewing portion M is performed without any trouble.
