Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は，被覆された厚紙から成っていて，ごわごわし
ているけれども折り曲げることのできる平らな１枚の裁
断片から製作されている押し出し式の容器であって，容
器の底部及びこれに続く両方の側縁部が密封されてお
り，容器の頂部には，内容物押し出し圧力によって互い
に押し離される２つの平らな頂部壁部分によって１つの
押し出し口が形成されており，押し出し口は，内容物押
し出しの際に裂断されて押し出し口を開く舌状部に接続
しており，押し出し口及び舌状部は，内容物充てん後
に，その側縁部及び頂縁部を密封され，これによって容
器が完全に閉じられる形式のものに関する。
【従来の技術】
このような容器は，ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第 3
1 43 671号明細書によって公知であり，なかんずく，比
較的に少量の内容物のための何回も使用可能なこん包容
器として，あるいは特にペースト状の内容物のための使
い捨てこん包容器として，実用に供されている。容器の
内容物は，舌状部を裂断することによって開かれる押し
出し口から押し出すことができる。 しかしながら，液体を押し出す場合には，押し出し口が
ある程度の幅を有していることと，頂部壁部分の押し離
しが不規則に行われることによって，かつ場合によって
は舌状部の裂断縁が比較的に不規則であることによっ
て，液体噴流が種々の，殊に予見し難い方向に噴出し，
したがって使用者は場合によっては，この意外な，予期
できない方向に噴出する液体噴流によって汚されること
があり，あるいは，このほとんど任意の方向に噴出する
液体噴流が所定の箇所に達せず，むだになることがあ
る。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明の課題は，最初に述べた形式の押し出し式
の容器において，公知の容器の利点，殊に，簡単かつ安
価に製作することができ，また簡単に操作することがで
きるという利点を維持しながら，液体をも確実に所定の
方向に噴出させ得るようにすることである。
【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決するために本発明の構成では，最初に述
べた形式の押し出し式の容器において，押し出し口を形
成いている少なくとも一方の頂部壁部分に，押し出し方
向に延びる付加的な溝形成形部が予備成形されていて，
これによって案内通路が形成されており，この案内通路
は舌状部の裂断される範囲内にまで延びているようにし
た。
【発明の効果】
この，特許請求の範囲第１項に記載した本発明の構成に
よって，容器を簡単かつ安価に製作し，簡単に操作でき
るにもかかわらず，舌状部を裂断すると，案内通路が開
かれ，所定の方向に向かう液体噴流が生ぜしめられる。
すなわち押し出し口の幅がかなり大きくても、液体噴流
は主として案内通路を通って所定の方向に噴出し，頂部
壁部分はほとんど押し離されない。案内通路は容器内容
物の押し出し操作を著しく容易にし，しかも容器内のペ
ースト状内容物例えば歯磨きペーストなどを棒状体に成
形して取り出すことを可能にする。 実施態様項に記載した構成の効果は次のとおりである。 特許請求の範囲第２項の構成によれば，案内通路の横断
面が増大せしめられる。 特許請求の範囲第３項の構成によれば，溝形成形部は既
に容器の裁断片の製作の際に簡単に形成することができ
る。 特許請求の範囲第４項の構成によれば，液体噴流は容器
の押し出し口の開口縁に対して直角方向に噴出せしめら
れる。特許請求の範囲第５項の構成によれば，案内通路
の数が増大せしめられることによって，液体噴流の噴出
量を同じにして容器の圧縮変形量をわずかにすることが
でき，あるいは液体噴流の噴出量を増大させて，容器を
迅速に空にすることができる。容器を迅速に空にするこ
とは，殊に容器が大きい場合に有利である。 特許請求の範囲第６項の構成によれば，容器を開く操作
が簡単になる。この場合，特許請求の範囲第７項の構成
によれば，圧刻成形部が案内通路を圧縮するので，舌状
部を裂断した時点では，案内通路の横断面が減少せしめ
られているが，案内通路の横断面は噴出せしめられる液
体噴流の内圧によって，直ちに元の大きさに戻る。舌状
部の裂断した時点において案内通路の横断面が減少せし
められていることによって，内容物の押し出しのために
容器を圧縮するまでは，汚物が容器内に浸入することが
阻止され，したがって舌状部を裂断した後に，直ちに容
器を空にする必要はない。 特許請求の範囲第８項の構成によっても，容器を開く操
作が簡単になる。すなわち容器頂部の舌状部は，手又は
指に障害のある人，あるいは不利な条件にある人，例え
ば走行中のマラソン走者，によっても裂断することがで
きる。舌状部が押し出し口とほとんど同じ大きさである
場合には，発汗している指あるいは障害のある指によっ
て舌状部を裂断することは，ほとんど不可能である。 特許請求の範囲第９項の構成によれば，容器の内容物を
所定の箇所に，例えば走行中のマラソン走者の口内に，
簡単に取り出すことができる。
【実施例】
以下においては図面に示した実施例に基づいて，本発明
の構成を具体的に説明する。 図面に示した押し出し式の容器１は頂部の構造だけが異
なっており，この頂部を下にした状態で示されている。
この容器１は，例えばプラスチック層で被覆された厚紙
から成っていて，ごわごわしているけれども折り曲げる
ことのできる平らな１枚の裁断片から製作されており，
容器の底部及びこれに続く両側の縁部２は密封されてい
る。容器の頂部には，内容物押し出し圧力によって互い
に押し離される２つの平らな頂部壁部分４によって１つ
の押し出し口３が形成されている。第４図の断面線Ｖ−
Ｖ線の範囲に配置されている押し出し口３は，内容物押
し出しの際に裂断されて押し出し口３を開く舌状部５に
接続しており，押し出し口３及び舌状部５は，内容物充
てん後に，その側方及び頂部の縁部２を密封されてお
り，これによって容器が完全に閉じられている。 舌状部５を裂断した後に，液体噴流が所定方向に噴出せ
しめられるようにするために，押し出し口３はその少な
くとも一方の平らな頂部壁部分４に，押し出し方向に延
びる付加的な溝形成形部６を有しており，この溝形成形
部６は，裂断される舌状部５の範囲内にまで延びている
案内通路７を形成している。 第５図においては,2つの案内通路７が並べて示されてお
り，左側に示した案内通路は一方の頂部壁部分４のただ
１つの溝形成形部６によって形成されている。第５図の
右側にある案内通路７において示すように，押し出し口
３を形成する両方の頂部壁部分４が互いに向き合った箇
所に，互いに逆向きに押し出し成形されている付加的な
溝形成形部６を有していることもでき，これによって相
応して大きな横断面の案内通路７が形成される。案内通
路を形成する溝形成形部６は，横断面で見て互いに逆向
きの圧刻成形部によって形成することができ，このよう
な圧刻成形部は，最初の裁断片に極めて簡単に形成して
おくことができる。付加的な溝形成形部６若しくはこれ
によって形成される案内通路７は，第１図若しくは第２
図に示すように，互いに向き合っていて舌状部５を仕切
っている２つの切り込み８を通る裂断線に対して直角に
延びることができる。これによって第１図に示した容器
１においては，ただ１つの真っすぐ前方に向いた内容物
流が生ぜしめられるのに対し，第２図に示された実施例
においては，互いに平行な，位置を確定された内容物流
が生ぜしめられ，これらの内容物流は場合によっては，
それらの間の頂部壁部分４の区分が互いに押し離される
ことによって,1つにまとまることもある。 案内通路７を互いに平行に形成する代わりに，第３図及
び第４図に示すように，押し出し方向で互いに狭まるよ
うに傾斜している案内通路７を設けることもできる。こ
れによって，案内物流を所定の箇所に申し分なく向ける
ことができる。しかも押し出し量を増大させること及び
（又は）案内通路の横断面を小さくすることが可能であ
る。この場合，両方の案内通路の間にある頂部壁部分４
の区分を押し出し圧力によって幾分か押し離し，全体と
してほぼ円すい形の１つの案内通路を形成し，内容物流
若しくは液体噴流を特に明確に方向を定めて取り出すこ
とが可能である。 舌状部５の裂断を容易にするために，舌状部５を，裂断
補助手段を介して容器１と結合しておくことができる。
この裂断補助手段は例えば切り込み８によって形成する
ことができる。これらの切り込み８の代わりに，あるい
は切り込み８のほかに付加的に，単数又は複数の案内通
路７に対して直角に延びる圧刻成形部を設けて，この圧
刻成形部に沿って舌状部５を裂断するようにすることも
可能である。 更に，すべての実施例において，単数又は複数の案内通
路７と舌状部５とを有している押し出し口３は，容器１
から突出している突出部９に配置されており，この手段
は，内容物を所定の箇所に簡単に取り出すために極めて
重要な手段である。すなわち，舌状部５を裂断した後
に，この突出部９を例えば狭い開口あるいは人間の口に
挿入して，案内通路７によって液体を取り出すことがで
きる。このことは，容器１を使い捨て容器として使用す
る場合に，例えばマラソン走者が走行中に飲料を飲むた
めに，あるいは薬剤を摂取するために有利である。更に
これによって，容器内容物，例えば粉末その他の物質
を，狭い開口を有している大きな容器に詰め替えること
もできる。すなわち突出部９を大きな容器の狭い開口内
に挿入することができるからである。

Claims (9)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】被覆された厚紙から成っていて，ごわごわ
    しているけれども折り曲げることのできる平らな１枚の
    裁断片から製作されている押し出し式の容器であって，
    容器の底部及びこれに続く両方の側縁部が密封されてお
    り，容器の頂部には，内容物押し出し圧力によって互い
    に押し離される２つの平らな頂部壁部分によって１つの
    押し出し口が形成されており，押し出し口は，内容物押
    し出しの際に裂断されて押し出し口を開く舌状部に接続
    しており，押し出し口及び舌状部は，内容物充てん後
    に，その側縁部及び頂縁部を密封され，これによって容
    器が完全に閉じられる形式のものにおいて，押し出し口
    （３）を形成している少なくとも一方の頂部壁部分
    （４）に，押し出し方向に延びる付加的な溝形成形部
    （６）が予備成形されていて，これによって案内通路
    （７）が形成されており，この案内通路は，舌状部
    （５）の裂断される範囲内にまで延びていることを特徴
    とする，押し出し式の容器。
  2. 【請求項２】押し出し口（３）を形成している両方の頂
    部壁部分（４）が，互いに向き合っている箇所に，互い
    に逆向きに押し出し成形されている溝形成形部（６）を
    有している，特許請求の範囲第１項記載の容器。
  3. 【請求項３】頂部壁部分（４）の通路状の溝形成形部
    （６）が，横断面で見て互いに逆向きの圧刻成形部によ
    って形成されている，特許請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    記載の容器。
  4. 【請求項４】単数又は複数の案内通路（７）が，裂断さ
    れる舌状部（５）の分離縁に対してほぼ直角に延びてい
    る，特許請求の範囲第１項から第３項までのいずれか１
    項に記載の容器。
  5. 【請求項５】２つの案内通路（７）が設けられている，
    特許請求の範囲第１項から第４項までのいずれか１項に
    記載の容器。
  6. 【請求項６】裂断可能な舌状部（５）が裂断補助手段を
    介して容器（１）に結合されている，特許請求の範囲第
    １項から第５項までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  7. 【請求項７】裂断補助手段として，単数又は複数の案内
    通路（７）に対して横方向に延びる圧刻成形部が設けら
    れている，特許請求の範囲第１項から第６項までのいず
    れか１項に記載の容器。
  8. 【請求項８】舌状部（５）が，これを良好につかんで容
    易に裂断し得るようにするために，押し出し口（３）及
    び（又は）押し出し口側方の縁部（２）よりも大きくさ
    れている，特許請求の範囲第１項から第７項までのいず
    れか１項に記載の容器。
  9. 【請求項９】単数又は複数の案内通路（７）と舌状部
    （５）とを有する押し出し口（３）が容器（１）から突
    出している突出部（９）に配置されている，特許請求の
    範囲第１項から第８項までのいずれか１項に記載の容
    器。
