As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-3477, a flexible shielding tape is attached to the peripheral portion of the mesh in the longitudinal direction, and the shielding tape is pushed into the opening of the frame material to make the mesh elastic by the shielding tape. The structure that holds the frame material.

With the former holding structure, when the mesh stopper is pressed in together with the mesh, strong tension may act on the mesh, or the mesh may be pressed against the edge portion of the recessed portion of the frame material and the mesh may break. Alternatively, it is necessary to press the net stop member into the recessed portion in a state where the net is tensioned and tensioned so that the net is uniformly tensioned without sagging, and the work of attaching the net to the frame material It is very troublesome and requires a lot of skill, and it takes a considerable amount of time to stretch the net on the screen frame, and sometimes the net is not evenly tensioned and wrinkles may occur on the net.

In the latter holding structure, by pushing the shielding tape into the opening of the frame material, the elasticity of the shielding tape gives tension to the net and allows the net to be attached to the screen door frame in a tense state, compared to the former holding structure. Although the work of attaching the net becomes easier, the shielding tape is continuous in the longitudinal direction, so a large force is required to deform the shielding tape, and the end of the net is large in the opening of the frame material. The work must be pushed in with force, and the work is difficult to do.Besides, the shielding tape is directly connected to the net by the tacks, and the tension of the net acts on the tacks intensively, so the net can be frayed or cut. Not only that, the tension of the mesh is strong at the connecting portion with the shielding tape and weak between the adjacent connecting portions, so that the mesh cannot be evenly tensioned and wrinkles may occur.

On the frame member 2 of the screen door frame 1, a net mounting recess 13 having a receiving piece 14 on the opening side is formed, and a tape member 4 is fixed to the peripheral edge of the net 3 in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of engaging elements 5 provided with elastic pieces 8 are attached at intervals in the longitudinal direction such that the elastic pieces 8 are separated from the surface of the tape member 4 and face the net 3 side, and the tape member 4 and the engaging elements 5 are attached. A net holding structure in which the net 3 is held in the frame member 2 by the elastic force of the elastic piece 8 by facing the inside of the net mounting concave portion 13 of the frame member 2 to contact the elastic piece 8 with the receiving piece 14.

As a result, the elastic piece 8 can be elastically deformed with a small force by holding the tape member 4 and pushed into the net mounting concave portion 13 of the frame member 2, and the tension by the elastic piece 8 can be applied.
The mesh 3 can be evenly transmitted to the mesh 3 through the so that the mesh 3 can be tensioned evenly without wrinkling.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, one end of the tape member 4 in the width direction is fixed to the periphery of the mesh 3 by welding at a high frequency over the longitudinal direction, and the engaging member 5 is attached to the tape member 4 by the thread 6. The engaging member 5 is sewn, and includes a U-shaped mounting portion 7 and an elastic piece 8. The mounting portion 7 is sewn to the other end in the width direction of the tape member 4 so that the elastic piece 8 is a tape member. It faces away from the surface of No. 4 and faces the net 3 side.

As shown in FIG. 1, the frame member 2 integrally has one side plate 10 and the other side plate 11 connected by a connecting plate 12 and has a net mounting recessed portion 13.
Hook-shaped receiving pieces 14, 14 are integrally formed on the opening end side of the net mounting concave portion 13 of the one side plate 10 and the other side plate 11 in the longitudinal direction, and an opening 15 is formed between the receiving pieces 14, 14. The opening width of the opening 15 is slightly larger than that of the mounting portion 7 of the engaging member 5, and the elastic member 8 is received by the elastic member 8 by pushing the engaging member 5 together with the tape member 4 into the mesh mounting recess 13 from the opening 15. The net 3 is pressed against 14, and the elastic force of the elastic piece 8 pulls the net 3 in the direction of the arrow A to move it in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 2 for fine adjustment to hold the net 3 on the frame member 2, and as shown in FIG. 3 is stretched over the screen frame 1.

By doing so, the elastic piece 8 can be stretched because the temperature is high in the summer when the screen door is used, and strong tension can be applied to the net 3, and the elastic piece 8 can be reduced because the temperature is low in the winter when the screen is not used. Net 3
Since a weak tension is applied to the screen, the screen can be made to last for a long time without deterioration of the screen.

Since the net 3 is held by the frame member 2 by the elastic force of the elastic piece 8 of the engaging element 5, it is not necessary to pull the net 3 when the net 3 is stretched, and a large tension is applied to the net 3. It suffices to push the engaging member 5 together with the tape member 4 into the mesh mounting concave portion 13 of the frame member 2 without being pressed against the edge portion of the frame member, and to engage the tape member 4 fixed to the peripheral edge of the mesh member 3. Since a plurality of mating elements 5 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction, the engaging elements 5 become short and the elastic piece 8 can be elastically deformed by a small force, and moreover, the engaging element 5 of the frame member 2 is held by the tape member 4. Since it can be pushed into the net mounting recessed portion 13, the two work together to facilitate the work of holding the net 3 on the frame member 2,
Further, the tension of the elastic piece 8 of the engaging element 5 is transmitted to the net 3 through the tape member 4, and the tension of the net 3 becomes substantially uniform in the longitudinal direction, so that the net 3 may be partially frayed or cut. In addition to the absence of wrinkles, the net 3 can be stretched uniformly without wrinkling.

って熟練を必要とせずに迅速に網戸を組立てできる。
Therefore, together with them, the net tensioning work is facilitated, and the screen door can be quickly assembled without requiring skill.
