2. Description of the Related Art A tile carpet usually has a side length of 30 to 30.
Since it is used as a 100 cm square, it is widely used because it is light and easy to carry and easy to install, and it can be partially replaced and repaired. When laying with the edges butted against each other, they must be in close contact with each other so that they do not overlap, and also have flexibility as a whole, and the stability of the shape and dimensions is required so that they do not warp or stretch vertically and horizontally. Usually, a backing layer having a thickness of about 2 to 5 mm is applied.

For the backing layer of the above tile carpet, there have been often used those having two layers of polyvinyl chloride as the inner and outer layers with a non-stretchable glass fiber non-woven fabric or cloth interposed therebetween. When using polyvinyl chloride as the inner and outer two layers for the backing layer, the inner and outer two layers are both non-foamed, or both of the inner and outer layers are foamed, and either one of the inner and outer layers is used. It is known that the non-foamed and the other is foamed. Incidentally, the above-mentioned foaming is conventionally made to have a magnification of 2 to 3 times.

By the way, as described above, if neither of the inner and outer backing layers of the tile carpet is foamed, the weight reduction cannot be expected even though the form and dimension are stable. Further, if the inner and outer layers are foamed together, unevenness may occur after drying, and a fuzzy phenomenon, which is a cause of reduced yarn removal strength and fuzz, may occur, and problems such as easy peeling of the carpet adhered to the upper surface may occur. Moreover, even when the inner layer of the two layers is foamed, the same problem as the latter is caused. Further, even if the outer layer of the backing layer foams the foam, if the foaming ratio is high as in the conventional case, the stability of the shape is impaired.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides a lightweight carpet by making the inner layer of the carpet wadding non-foaming in the two layers of polyvinyl chloride paste resin used for the backing layer of the tile carpet, while making the outer layer of the wadding low foaming. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a tile carpet that is easy to carry and is easy to install, and that is free from peeling and warping of the upper surface carpet, and that can be easily installed by correctly abutting the peripheral edges.

That is, the tile carpet according to the present invention is a tile carpet in which a backing layer having a polyvinyl chloride paste resin as a main material is laminated on the back surface of a carpet in two layers, an inner layer and an outer layer, with a glass fiber cloth interposed at least in the middle. The inner layer in the two backing layers is non-foamed, while the outer layer is chemically foamed at a foaming ratio of 1.05 to 1.4 times.

The non-foaming of the inner layer in the inner and outer two-layered backing layer mainly composed of the polyvinyl chloride paste resin is combined with the presence of the intermediate glass fiber cloth to form and size the entire tile carpet. This is because the yarn removal strength is increased and the peeling of the carpet and the occurrence of the fuzzy phenomenon are suppressed, in addition to contributing to the stability of the above. In addition, the outer layer of the backing layer is chemically foamed at a low foaming ratio of 1.05 to 1.4 times to provide a volume necessary for the backing layer to reduce the cost of the tile carpet and to reduce weight and flexibility. This is because the backing layer, which is more than twice as high foaming as the conventional one, can use only a small amount of calcium carbonate, and when the foaming layer is formed by chemical foaming, the coating amount before foaming can be increased. Since unevenness in thickness will occur due to partial differences, most of them were due to mechanical foaming, which requires high equipment costs, and it is difficult to form a uniform coating film due to increase in viscosity, size of bubbles, etc. In the invention, since the foaming is low, it is possible to use the chemical foaming without the above-mentioned harmful effects.

That is, according to the present invention, the expansion ratio of the polyvinyl chloride paste resin as the outer layer is increased in order to maintain the overall shape and size of the tile carpet while maintaining the characteristics of the tile carpet such as weight reduction and flexibility. Compared to the past, it is kept low.

In the tile carpet, first, a polyvinyl chloride foam layer 4 having a coating thickness of 1.25 mm is coated on a release sheet (belt), and an ester cloth 6 is coated thereon.
Then, a glass fiber cloth 5 is laid in order, and a polyvinyl chloride non-foaming layer 3 having a thickness of 1.5 mm is further applied on the glass fiber cloth 5 and the tufted carpet 2 is superposed on the upper surface thereof.
A backing layer having a thickness of 3.0 mm is laminated by passing the mixture through a heating zone (not shown) at 85 ° C. for 15 minutes to chemically foam the foamed layer 4 at a foaming ratio of 1.2 times, and after cooling, form a square of 50 cm square. It was cut to make a tile carpet 1 having a thickness of 6.5 mm. The ester cloth 6 has a thickness of 0.2 mm and a basis weight of 20 g / m in order to prevent the backing layer from stretching due to an external force.
The glass fiber cloth 5 is for improving the dimensional stability, and is preferably a non-woven cloth having a thickness of 0.3 mm and a weight of 40 g / m 2 .

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As shown by the test results of the above-mentioned physical properties of Example and Comparative Examples 1, 2, and 3, the tile carpet according to the present invention is slightly inferior in lightness to Comparative Example 1. In addition, the yarn removal strength is increased, the occurrence of the fuzzy phenomenon is suppressed, and the elongation ratio, which impairs the dimensional and morphological stability, can be kept small as compared with Comparative Examples 1 and 3. With No. 2, even if the thickness of the backing layer is the same, the tile carpet according to the present invention is lightweight because the outer layer is foamed, and is easy to carry.

Moreover, when the tile carpet of the present invention is used, the foaming ratio of the outer layer in the inner and outer two backing layers is 1.
Since it has a low magnification of 05 to 1.4 times, it is possible to perform chemical foaming, and it is possible to maintain the flexibility required for a tile carpet, and the occurrence of warpage as a whole,
Both the inner and outer layers have the advantage that they can be prevented to the same extent as non-foamed ones, and the peripheral edges are in close contact with the floor surface to facilitate the construction.

1. A tile carpet in which a backing layer comprising a polyvinyl chloride paste resin as a main material is laminated on two inner and outer layers with a glass fiber cloth interposed at least in the middle of the carpet, and the two backing layers are provided. The tile carpet characterized in that the inner layer in (1) is non-foamed, while the outer layer is chemically foamed at a foaming ratio of 1.05 to 1.4 times.
