An insulating and heat-resistant ceramic molded product, which has a flange part that is locked to the speaker diaphragm at the upper part, a cylindrical part that penetrates the insertion hole at the lower part, and a washer that engages with the cylindrical part. An insulating eyelet provided, and a metal eyelet housed in the insulating eyelet and protruding downward from the cylindrical portion and having an eyelet hole in the center, the insulating eyelet and the metal eyelet are combined to penetrate the insertion hole. By caulking, the metal eyelet is configured to wrap around the insulating eyelet so as to lead and relay the voice coil lead portion, thereby achieving the above object.

Since it acts as a wrapping, it increases the mechanical strength of the eyelet and also has good weldability for soldering. Also, since the ceramic insulating eyelet covers the speaker diaphragm, there is no heat conduction and soldering work becomes easy, resulting in poor soldering. It is possible to improve the rate and prevent loosening of eyelets.

The insulating eyelet 2 is formed by molding and baking high heat-resistant ceramics (eg ThO 2 , ZrO 2 ), and has a flange portion 2a having a diameter larger than the insertion hole formed in the speaker diaphragm at the upper part. Below the portion 2a, a cylindrical portion 2b to be inserted into the insertion hole is formed. When the insulating eyelet 2 is inserted into the insertion hole, the collar portion 2a is locked to the speaker diaphragm, the cylindrical portion 2b is penetrated into the insertion hole, and the lower end surface of the cylindrical portion 2b has a wall thickness of the insertion hole. It is designed to project a little more. The lower end of the protruding cylindrical portion 2b is covered with a ceramic washer 2 '. A through hole 2c is provided at the center of the insulating eyelet 2 and the metal eyelet 3 is attached to the through hole 2c. This metal eyelet 3 is made of a metal having good conductivity by press molding or the like, and a flange portion 3a to be engaged with the flange portion 2a of the insulating eyelet 2 is provided on the upper portion of the metal eyelet 3. A cylindrical portion 3b fitted in the through hole 2c of the insulating eyelet 2 is provided on the lower side of the portion 3a. The cylindrical portion 3b is formed to be a little long, and when the cylindrical portion 3b is engaged in the through hole 2c, the cylindrical portion 3b is provided so as to project long below the insulating eyelet 2.
A sufficient eyelet hole 3c is provided in the center of the metal eyelet 3 for inserting a lead wire described later.

Crimp. At this time, the cylindrical portion 3b of the metal eyelet 3 protruding from the insulating eyelet 2 is locked so as to cover the washer 2 '. This locked state is the diaphragm 4 for the speaker.
Both the front and back sides are covered with the metal eyelets 3 through the insulating eyelets 2. Next, the lead wire 6 is inserted from the back side into the eyelet hole 3c of the eyelet 1 and the tip of the lead wire 6 is slightly protruded and welded by soldering. In this state, the lead portion 5 of the voice coil is attached to the diaphragm 4 for the speaker. The lead portion 5 and the lead wire 6 of the voice coil are lead-relayed by placing the tip portion of the lead portion 5 on the lead wire 6 and soldering them while correctly arranging them on the insulating tape 8 provided above. To be done. Even if it takes time, this soldering work is insulated by the insulating eyelets 2, so that the speaker diaphragm 4 is not damaged.
Further, the solder melted at the time of the welding is applied to the metal eyelet 3, so that the lead portion and the lead wire 6 are completely connected and the soldering portion 7 is formed to increase the mechanical strength. .

大等頗る益するところ大である。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the speaker diaphragm is provided with the insertion hole for fixing the voice coil lead portion, and the insertion hole is the insulating heat-resistant ceramic molded product, and the speaker vibration is provided above. An insulating eyelet having a collar portion that is locked to the plate and a cylindrical portion that penetrates the insertion hole in the lower portion, and a washer that engages the cylindrical portion, and the cylindrical portion that is housed in the insulating eyelet. A metal eyelet projecting downward from the portion and having a center eyelet hole is provided, and the metal eyelet covers the insulation eyelet by combining the insulating eyelet and the metal eyelet and piercing the insertion hole. Since the lead portion of the voice coil is relayed together, the soldering work between the lead portion of the voice coil and the lead wire of the external terminal is facilitated, and at the same time, the vibration plate of the vibration plate by heat conduction is formed. Prevents melting, can form a large soldering surface, and prevent the risk of poor soldering, peeling of the soldered part due to strong vibration, prevention of disconnection between lead part and lead wire, increase in mechanical strength of eyelet etc. It is a big place to do.
