束完了までの作業が自動化され作業ミスがなくなるとと
もに作業時間を大幅に短縮することができて能率のよい
ロ−ルベ−ラを提供できたのである。

する感知スイッチ(S1)と、紐繰出機構(3a)の駆
動モ−タ(M)と、前記感知スイッチ(S1)をOFF
するソレノイドスイッチ(S2)および前記紐横送り機
構(3b)のクラッチ動作に連動する切換スイッチ(S
3)とを電気的に接続しその切換スイッチ(S3)によ
りA回路とB回路を構成するものにして、前記感知スイ
ッチ(S1)ONにより駆動モ−タ(M)に通電し紐繰
出機構(3a)を駆動して、繰出された紐(2)のベ−
ルへの巻付きによる紐(2)の張力により紐横送り機構
(3b)のクラッチを「入」作動すると同時に前記切換
スイッチ(S3)によりA回路からB回路に切換えてソ
レノイドスイッチ(S2)をONし前記感知スイッチ
(S1)をOFFする構成にしたことを特徴とするロ−
ルベ−ラの自動結束装置。
