By the way, in the illustrated RHET 31, when the input is (1, 1), the operating point is the peak voltage V P.
The junction area of the emitter and the base is smaller than that of RHET, that is, the peak current is small.
For ET, that is, RHET31 ', the input is (1,
Even in the case of 1), it is necessary to make the RHET having a large emitter-base junction area so that the operating point, that is, the intersection of the load line and the characteristic line of RHET does not reach the peak voltage V P.
