ると共に、勢いよくドアを開けた際、ドアが壁面等に衝
突して損傷することが防止される。固定部材1の上端に
は、外周にフランジ7を有するキャップ8がねじ込ま
れ、フランジ7と段部2とで環体4及び緩衝部材5が締
めつけられることにより、環体4と固定部材1との間に
摩擦抵抗が付与されている。この摩擦抵抗は、人間の力
で環体4を回転させることができ、かつ、通常の使用状
態では環体4が容易に回転しない程度の大きさに調整さ
