Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、版胴上にある印刷機を乾燥させるために空気
を吹付ける版面ブロワーに関するものである。
［従来の技術］ 従来、この種のブロワーは送気口を列設したのみである
から印刷機の幅の広狭に関係なく空気を吹付ける範囲は
常に一定であった。
印刷機の幅は700mm,1400mmまちまちであって、吹付範囲
が常時一定であれば不必要な箇所まで空気を吹付けるこ
ととなり、無駄である。
［考案が解決しようとする課題］ 本考案は前記従来の無駄を省き、送出する印刷機の幅に
応じて噴気範囲を簡単に変更できる版面ブロワーを提供
することにある。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 本考案の手段は、多数の噴気口を一列に列設した送気管
の外周に前記噴気口の一箇所に合致する小孔を備えた噴
気口開閉短管を順次回動可能に挿嵌したことにある。
［作用］ 印刷機の幅に応じて左右両端部にある噴気口開閉短管４
を回わしてその連通孔３をずらせて噴気口２に対して食
違わせ、噴気口２を塞ぐ、かくして噴気幅は調節され
る。
［実施例］ 図においては送気管で一定間隔置に噴気口２を一列に列
設し、その一つの噴気口２に合致する連通孔３を開孔し
た噴気口開閉短管４を送気管１の外周に回動可能に嵌込
む。従って版胴５上を通る印刷紙６の幅に応じて狭けれ
ば左右両端の噴気口開閉短管４を回して連通孔３を噴気
口２と食違わせることで噴気口２を塞ぎ、噴気範囲及び
場所を制限する。
［考案の効果］ 本考案によれば、印刷紙の幅に応じて噴気の範囲は容易
に調節でき、又版面の必要箇所に絞って噴出することが
でき、従来の送気の無駄を簡単に解消することができ
る。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案に係る版面ブロワーの一実施例を示す斜
視図、第２図は縦断面図、第３図は版胴上に装備した正
面図である。 １…送気管、２…噴気口、３…連通孔、４…噴気口開閉
短管、５…版胴、６…印刷紙
