It is usually not. Therefore, when the heat insulating plate is fitted between the joists, it often happens that the upper surface of the heat insulating plate partially projects from the upper surface of the joist and vice versa.

Is generated, and the nails rub against the nailed portion d to cause floor squeal, and the unevenness of the height of the upper surface of the heat insulating plate e causes a gap between the heat insulating plate e and the floor plate a. There is also a problem that a poor adhesion portion f is generated on the sheet and the heat insulating effect of the heat insulating plate e is impaired.

るものであった。Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, the applicant of the present application discloses in Japanese Patent Application No. 1-26483 that a protrusion i for height adjustment which can abut the upper surface h of the large pull g is provided as shown in FIG. An integrally formed heat insulating board for floor j made of foamed synthetic resin and arranged on the lower surface was proposed. When performing heat insulation construction on the floor using the floor heat insulating plate j, the upper surface of the floor heat insulating plate partially projects from the joist upper surface due to uneven thickness of the joist as shown in FIG. Even if it is in the state, the entire upper surface of the floor insulating plate is the surface of the joist upper surface as shown in FIG. 4 due to the appropriate compression deformation (see FIGS. 4 and 6) accompanying the pressing of the insulating plate on the protruding portion. The height can be easily adjusted so as to be in the one state, and therefore the unique effect that the upper surface of the floor heat insulating plate can be surely brought into close contact with the lower surface of the floor plate is exhibited.

When shipping as a product, firstly, the protrusion length of the protrusion is multiplied by the number of stacked sheets,
There is a problem in that it is bulky as compared with a case where flat heat insulating plates without protrusions are stacked in close contact with each other, which causes an increase in transportation cost.

FIG. 13 shows a case where the recess 11 as a continuous groove is provided on the upper surface 3 of the main body, and FIG. 14 shows a case where the recess 11 as a groove is provided on the lower surface 6 of the main body. In the case of,
This is shown in FIG. When the recess 11 is formed as a groove in this way, the recess 11 may be formed so that both ends thereof open at both ends of the main body 2, and in particular, FIGS. One end 17 of the recess 11 as shown
Only one end of the main body 2 is open, and the other end 19 of the recess 11 is located on the other end side of the main body 2 and the outer end 20 of the protrusion 10a.
When set so as to be located directly above (Fig. 13) or to the side of the outer end 20 (Fig. 14), the floor heat insulating plate is displaced in the longitudinal direction as shown in Fig. 17, for example. Even if they are stacked in the closed state, by pushing the heat insulating plates for the floor, which are in the shifted state, toward the other end 19 of the recess (slot), the protrusion 10a at the end and the recess (slot) By contacting the other end 19 with the upper and lower floor heat insulating plates, the upper and lower floor heat insulating plates can be naturally brought into a matched state as shown in FIG.

An integrally-molded heat insulating panel for a floor, which is made of synthetic resin and is fitted between adjacent joists 15, 15: the upper surface 3 of the main body 2 is formed so as to be in close contact with the lower surface 5 of the floor board 4. On the lower surface 6 of the main body, projections 10 for adjusting the height that can come into contact with the upper surface 9 of the pulling bar 7 are arranged in parallel, and the upper surface 3 of the main body is flush with the joist upper surface 16 due to the compression deformation of the projections. In addition, the entire lower surface 6 of the main body is fitted into the lower surface 6 of the main body in correspondence with the protruding portion so that the main bodies can be brought into contact with each other with their lower surfaces substantially aligned. A floor heat insulating plate having a height adjusting function, which is provided with a recess 11 for storing.
