The present invention relates to a scroll compressor used as, for example, a compressor that constitutes a refrigeration cycle of an air conditioner.
【0002】[0002]
For example, a compressor that constitutes a refrigeration cycle of an air conditioner has extremely low motion noise and does not require a suction valve or a discharge valve and has a small number of parts compared to a normal rotary compressor. In addition, scroll compressors with good compression performance tend to be used frequently.
This type of scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll in a hermetically sealed case, and a compression mechanism section that orbitally drives the orbiting scroll. The spiral blades of each scroll are meshed with each other, and the blades and the end plate of each scroll form a compression space.
The orbiting scroll is caused to orbit, and a refrigerant gas, which is a gas to be compressed, is sucked into a compression space from an introduction hole penetrating the side wall of the fixed scroll, and the orbiting scroll is gradually rotated. It moves to the center side, compresses, and discharges from the discharge port provided in the center.
【0005】[0005]
An oil reservoir for collecting lubricating oil is formed on the inner bottom of the closed case, and the lower end of the rotary shaft that orbits the orbiting scroll is immersed therein. Further, an oil pump is provided at the lower end of the rotary shaft.
With the rotation of the rotating shaft, the oil supply pump sucks up the lubricating oil in the oil sump, and through the oil supply passage provided on the rotating shaft, the sliding contact parts of the scrolls and the sliding parts constituting the compression mechanism part are formed. It is designed to refuel the contact area.
The lubricating oil that has been supplied to these sliding contact portions and has guaranteed lubricity overflows to the surroundings and is scattered during operation, and is finally returned to the oil sump portion. By the way, a suction pipe is connected to the side wall of the closed case, and the refrigerant gas to be compressed is introduced into the closed case from the suction pipe. Once it is filled in the closed case, it is introduced into the introduction hole.
By the way, in order to introduce the refrigerant gas into the introduction hole, a certain degree of suction force (negative pressure) acts, while the lubricating oil after being supplied to each sliding contact portion is formed on the inner bottom portion of the closed case. Returned to the oil sump.
Therefore, in particular, a part of the lubricating oil returned from the sliding contact portion near the introduction hole is likely to be sucked into the introducing hole together with the refrigerant gas, and oil is supplied to each sliding contact portion again. As a result, the oil will not return to the oil sump, and when operating for a long time, the amount of lubricating oil collected in the oil sump will be insufficient.
Eventually, the amount of oil supplied from the oil sump may be insufficient, and the lubricity of the compression mechanism may be impaired, and the compression efficiency of the compressor and the refrigeration capacity of air conditioning may be adversely affected. Will have an effect.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a structure in which lubricating oil is not mixed with a gas to be compressed introduced into a compression space, and lubrication after refueling is performed. The aim is to provide a scroll compressor that can reliably return oil, secure the amount of oil supplied, and improve reliability.

In order to satisfy the above-mentioned object, the present invention includes a compression mechanism part for meshing a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll in a sealed case, and the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll form a compression space to orbit the orbiting scroll. In a scroll type compressor that moves, sucks compressed gas into the compression space, compresses it, and discharges it, the fixed scroll introduces the compressed gas introduced in the closed case into the compression space. And a supporting frame for rotatably supporting the orbiting scroll, the upper surface of the supporting frame receiving the lubricating oil supplied to the sliding contact portion of the compression mechanism portion, and the side opposite to the introduction hole. An oil groove whose bottom is inclined so that it flows to the section is provided. At the downstream end of this oil groove, the guided lubricating oil flows down from the frame and is guided to the oil sump formed on the inner bottom of the closed case. A scroll type compressor, characterized in that a spill unit.
【0013】[0013]
With such a configuration, the lubricating oil supplied to the sliding contact portion can be quickly and reliably returned from the oil outflow portion on the opposite side of the introduction hole to the oil sump portion, and the pressure from the introduction hole can be reduced. It prevents mixture with the compressed gas introduced into the compressed space.

And part 11b.
The fixed scroll 12 is composed of an end plate portion 12a and a spiral blade portion 12b integrally provided on the lower surface side of the end plate portion 12a so as to mesh with the blade portion 11b of the orbiting scroll 11.
The side wall of the fixed scroll 12 is provided with an introduction hole 30 for introducing a refrigerant gas which is a compressed gas. A pair of compression spaces a are formed by the end plate portions 11a and 12a of the orbiting and fixed scrolls 11 and 12 and the blade portions 11b and 12b. The refrigerant gas is taken into the compression space a through the introduction hole 30 and moved to the central portion side, and at the same time, the volume thereof is reduced and the compression action can be performed.

A valve seat portion 20 having a check valve 19 is provided at the center of the back pressure plate 15 and communicates with the discharge port 18 described above. The back pressure guide means 14 configured as described above introduces the refrigerant gas in the middle of compression from the compression space a into the space portion between the seal rings 16 and 16 and discharges the fixed scroll 12. The high pressure gas discharged from this port is once collected around 18 to apply a back pressure from the back side of the fixed scroll so that the clearance with the orbiting scroll 11 is maintained in an optimum state together with the supporting means. As shown only in FIG. 1, an oil reservoir 21 for collecting lubricating oil is formed on the inner bottom of the closed case 1. An auxiliary frame 22 is attached and fixed to the lower portion inside the closed case 1, and a sub-bearing portion 23 is formed at the center of the auxiliary frame 22 to rotatably support the lower end portion of the rotary shaft 3.
Further, an oil supply pump 24 is provided at the lower end of the rotary shaft 3 and sucks up the lubricating oil as the rotary shaft is driven to rotate. An oil supply passage 25 provided along the axial direction of the rotating shaft communicates with the oil supply direction of the oil supply pump 24.
The oil supply passage 25 is formed at the upper end of the rotary shaft 3 and opens at the upper end surface of the eccentric portion 3 a that pivotally supports the orbiting scroll 11. That is, the lubricating oil guided through the oil supply passage 25 overflows from the upper end surface of the rotating shaft eccentric portion 3a, and from there, the sliding contact portion between the rotating shaft 3 and the orbiting scroll 11, the fixed scroll 12 and the orbiting scroll are connected. Oil is supplied to the sliding contact portion, the sliding contact portion between the rotary shaft 3 and the support frame 2, the sliding contact portion between the support frame and the orbiting scroll, the sliding contact portion between the Oldham ring 8 and the key groove 10, and the like. There is.
In particular, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in the support frame 2, the central axis and the circumference thereof form a concave portion 2 a which is a space chamber for the orbiting scroll 11 to orbit. .
The upper surface around the recess 2a projects as the thrust receiving portion 9 to support the orbiting scroll end plate portion 11a and prevent the movement in the thrust direction. The upper surface of the support frame 2 on the outer peripheral side of the thrust receiving portion 9 is a clearance surface 2b that is one step lower than the thrust receiving portion 9 over the peripheral edge, and is spaced from the rear surface of the orbiting scroll end plate portion 11a. Exist.
A pair of the key grooves 10 is provided at the axially symmetrical position of the flank 2b over the outer peripheral edge. One of the key grooves 10 (hereinafter referred to as the first key groove 10a) is provided almost directly below the introduction hole 30.
An oil groove 26 is provided on the flank 2b along the outer circumference of the thrust receiving portion 9, and the flank 2b is formed so as to have an inclination that gradually decreases toward the oil groove 26 side. It It The end of the oil groove 26 is separated from the first key groove 10a which is almost immediately below the introduction hole 30, but is away from the other, that is, the key groove 10 (180 ° opposite to the introduction hole). Hereinafter, it has a ring shape with a part cut away so as to communicate with the second key groove 10b).
Moreover, the bottom surface of the oil groove 26 has an inclination that is higher on the first key groove 10a side and gradually decreases toward the second key groove 10b side. The communicating portion with the second key groove 10b is at the lowest position, and therefore, all the lubricating oil introduced therein is introduced into the key groove 10b.
An oil outflow portion 27 is provided in the second key groove 10b. Since the oil outflow portion is steeply inclined from the inner end of the key groove to the peripheral edge of the frame 2, the lubricating oil collected there can be quickly flowed down to the lower portion of the frame.
Then, when the electric motor section 7 is energized to drive the compression mechanism section 4, the low-pressure refrigerant gas evaporated in the evaporator is introduced into the closed case 1 through the suction pipe 33, and the back pressure plate 1 The space below 8 is filled.
This refrigerant gas is sucked into the compression space a formed by the orbiting scroll 11 and the fixed scroll via the introduction hole 30 provided in the fixed scroll 12. Then, as the orbiting scroll 11 orbits, the orbiting scroll 11 is gradually transferred to the center and compressed due to a decrease in space capacity.
When the pressure rises to a predetermined pressure, the high-pressure refrigerant gas fills the inside of the closed case 1 above the back pressure plate 15 from the discharge port 18 via the valve seat portion 20 and further to the outside via the discharge pipe 20. Led to the condenser.
The high-pressure refrigerant gas is condensed in this condenser and converted into a liquid refrigerant, then undergoes adiabatic expansion, is further guided to the evaporator and evaporates, and serves to cool the air-conditioned room. On the other hand, as the rotary shaft 3 rotates, the oil supply pump 24 sucks up the lubricating oil in the oil sump 21 and supplies it to the oil supply passage 25. The lubricating oil is guided to each sliding contact portion of the compression mechanism portion 4 to ensure smooth sliding of these.
In particular, the lubricating oil guided to the sliding contact portion between the Oldham receiving portion 9 of the support frame 2 and the back surface of the orbiting scroll end plate portion 11 a overflows from the peripheral end of the receiving portion and flows down into the oil groove 26. . Then, it is guided along the inclination of the bottom surface of the oil groove 26, that is, in the direction of the second key groove 10b, and is collected in this key groove.
Since the oil outflow portion 27 is provided in the second key groove 10b, the lubricating oil flowing into the key groove is immediately guided to this oil outflow portion and flows down along this inclination.
That is, the lubricating oil supplied to the sliding contact portion between the support frame 2 and the orbiting scroll 11 is guided to the oil groove 26 and then located on the side opposite to the introduction hole 30 which is the introduction portion of the refrigerant gas. To flow back to the oil sump 21.
Therefore, the oil particles of the lubricating oil do not mix into the refrigerant gas taken in through the introduction hole 30, and the lubricating oil after refueling smoothly returns to the oil sump 21 and is again slid. A sufficient amount of oil will be supplied to the contact area.

As described above, according to the present invention, the fixed scroll is provided with the introduction hole for taking in and guiding the compressed gas into the compression space, and the upper surface of the supporting frame for rotatably supporting the orbiting scroll is provided with the sliding contact portions. An oil groove with a slope is provided in the bottom so that it receives the supplied lubricating oil and flows to the side opposite to the above-mentioned introduction hole, and the lubricating oil flows down from the support frame at the downstream end of this oil groove. Since the oil outflow part that leads to the oil sump at the bottom of the closed case is provided, it is possible to suppress the mixing of the lubricating oil that has been supplied to each sliding contact part with the compressed gas that is introduced into the compression space, and to supply oil. The effect is to secure a sufficient amount of lubricating oil to be returned later, and therefore to supply a sufficient amount of oil, guarantee lubricity and improve reliability.
