A lead hole is formed in a portion of the lead that faces the land, side surfaces on both sides in the width direction are inclined surfaces, and a cross section perpendicular to the axis is an upside down trapezoid trapezoid. And, when the pressing is performed, a part of the cream-like solder forming the film is stored in the internal portion of the through hole and the portion between the inclined side surface and the land opposite to this, It was done.

It is stored in the space below 20d. Here, when the thermal energy is applied, due to a capillary phenomenon, the melted solder is supplied to the upper surface 20a side through the through hole 41 and stored therein. As a result, the spread of the cream solder is further suppressed as compared with the above-mentioned embodiment.

Since the side surfaces on both sides in the width direction are inclined surfaces and the cross section perpendicular to the axis is an upside down trapezoidal shape, when the reflow method is used for soldering, a film of cream-like solder is used for the leads. In the state of being pressed against the formed lead, the creamy solder is stored in the space on the lower surface of the inclined side surface, the through hole, the internal space, and the space on the upper surface of the lead through the through hole. Therefore, it is possible to effectively suppress the lateral spread of the solder,
However, it is possible to prevent a short circuit between adjacent leads from occurring easily,
In particular, it can be applied to leads with a narrow pitch to improve the reliability of soldering.
