Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1−2個の電気コイルと協働する第1の固定子部分と、磁束の閉鎖を行う第2の 固定子部分(5)と、それぞれの表面の上に交互に正と負となる磁極を備えるた めに交代方向に横断して磁化される薄い2N磁石から成る回転子(6)とから成 り、回転子(6)が5対の極を備え、固定子部分が低磁性材料で製作され、それ ぞれが長さが固定子部品(1、2)の開きの幅にほぼ等しいコイル(3,4)に 囲まれた中線部分(23,24)によって結合された2個の固定子極(19,2 0)と(21,22)を備えた2個の同一の固定子部品(12)から成り、前記 固定子極(19から22)の中線(25から28)の開きが約108°であり、 第2の固定子部分(5)が磁束の閉鎖を行う低磁性材料で構成されていることを 特徴とする種類のステッピングまたはシンクロ2相モーター。 2−回転子(6)が瓦状に隣接する10の磁化区域(7から13)を備えた放射 状に磁化された環状磁石によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載のステッピングまたはシンクロ2相モーター。 3−第2の固定子部分(5)が回転子(6)と一体であることを特徴とする請求 項1または2に記載のステッピングまたはシンクロ2相モーター。 4−第2の固定子部分(5)が固定され、それぞれ4個の固定子極(19から2 2)に対応する4つの区域(39から42)を備え、前記4つの区域(39から 42)はそれぞれの固定子部品(1,2)の磁束を閉じるために2つずつ連結さ れていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のステッピングまたはシンク ロ2相モーター。 5−固定子部分(1,2)のそれぞれの2つの極(19から22)の中心線(2 5から28)の間の角度が108°よりやや大きめであることを特徴とする請求 項1から4のいずれかに記載のステッピングまたはシンクロ2相モーター。 6−固定子部分(1,2)が打抜かれた磁性板の積重ねによって構成されている ことを特徴とする請求項1から5に記載のステッピングまたはシンクロ2相モー ター。 7−固定子部分(1,2)が焼結された低磁製材料製であることを特徴とする請 求項1から5に記載のステッピングまたはシンクロ2相モーター。 8−巻線(3,4)が固定子部品の中心線部分に直巻された電線によって構成さ れていることを特徴とする請求項1から7に記載のステッピングまたはシンクロ 2相モーター。 9−巻線(3,4)がそれぞれの固定子部品(1,2)の中心線部分(23,2 4)を囲繞する絶縁外枠の上に巻かれ、前記外枠が組立てられたときに絶縁スリ ーブを形成する相補的な複数個の部分によって構成されることを特徴とする請求 項1から7に記載のステッピングまたはシンクロ2相モーター。 10−回転子が、回転軸(18)との連結区域を備えた、回転軸と同軸の管状ス リーブによって構成され、前記管状スリーブが高さの少なくとも一部において管 状磁石(7から13)を支えていることを特徴とする請求項1から9に記載のス テッピングまたはシンクロ2相モーター。
