Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.合成プラスチック材料が、溶融され、濾過され、ガス抜きされ、造粒され、 、気体と再混合され、この気体との再混合が、造粒と同じプラント内で行なわれ る、気体を含有する合成プラスチック材料、例えば、発泡ポリスチレンをリサイ クルする方法において、再混合気体が、ガス抜きされた合成プラスチック材料に 、溶融工程とガス抜き工程とを経て、可塑化状態にある合成プラスチック材料の 造粒前に、導入され、気体含有量の均質化のため、単位時間当たりに合成プラス チック材料に導入される気体の量と、単位時間当たりミキサーにより処理される 混合物の量とを、ガス導入を行なう単位時間当たりの合成プラスチック材料の供 給量に比例して制御することを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1の記載において、気体導入に単位時間当たり供給される合成プラス チック材料の量は、所定の範囲内、好ましくは、使用されるプラントの最大能力 近くに保たれることを特徴とする方法。 3.請求項1または2の記載において、リサイクルされる合成プラスチック材料 は、粉砕されてから、スクリューにより可塑化されガス抜きされ、こうして得ら れたガス抜き済みの溶融体は、溶融体ポンプ、好ましくは歯車ポンプによりミキ サーに供給され、このミキサーには、付加する気体も供給され、溶融体ポンプに 単位時間当たり送り込まれる合成プラスチック材料の量が、測定され、気体供給 用の指令変数として用いられ、溶融体ポンプの吸い込み側での合成プラスチック 材料の圧力が、測定されるとともに、溶融体ポンプの速度およびまたはスクリュ ーの速度を変えることにより、所定の範囲内に、好ましくは、出来るだけ一定の 値に保たれることを特徴とする方法。 4.請求項3の記載において、気体は、合成プラスチック材料がミキサーに導入 される前に、既に合成プラスチック材料の流れに付加されることを特徴とする方 法。 5.請求項3または4の記載において、溶融体ポンプにより送られる合成プラス チック材料溶融体の圧力が、所定の所望値から外れると、ミキサーにより処理さ れる混合体の粘度を、冷却およびまたは加熱により、好ましくは、所望値に達す るまで、相応して変化させることを特徴とする方法。 6.請求項1乃至5のいずれかの記載において、合成プラスチック材料をガス抜 きするのに用いる真空度合いを制御することを特徴とする方法。 7.請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載した方法を実施する装置であって、処理す べき合成プラスチック材料用に、モーター(14)に駆動されてこの材料を可塑 化するスクリュー(13)を結合された粉砕機構(2)と、スクリュー(13) に組み合された合成プラスチック材料用のガス抜き装置(17)とからなる装置 において、スクリユー(13)の出口(15)だけが、少なくとも1本の管体( 16)によりミキサー(25)に接続され、この管体には、気体を供給する装置 (29)も接続され、管体(16)の少なくとも1本には、この管体(16)内 で単位時間当たりに流れる合成プラスチック材料の量を測定する装置(43)が 接続され、この測定装置(43)は、ミキサー(25)への気体の供給とスクリ ュー(13)のモーター(14)の速度の必要から制御ユニット(22)に接続 されることを特徴とする装置。 8.請求項7の記載において、合成プラスチック材料を供給する溶融体ポンプ( 23)、特に歯車ポンプが、スクリュー(13)からミキサー(25)に至る管 体(16)に挿入され、溶融体ポンプ(23)の速度を測定する測定装置、例え ば回転速度測定器(44)が設けられ、この管体(16)には、この溶融体ポン プ(23)の吸い込み側での圧力用の圧力センサー(30)が接続され、この圧 力センサー(30)と、測定装置、例えば回転速度測定器(44)とが、制御ユ ニット(22)に接続されることを特徴とする装置。 9.請求項7または8の記載において、気体供給用の装置(29)が、合成プラ スチック材料をミキサー(25)に供給する管体(16)に、気体用管体(41 )を介して接続されることを特徴とする装置。 10.請求項8または9の記載において、合成プラスチック材料用の濾過器(1 9)が、溶融体ポンプ(23)の前に挿入されることを特徴とする装置。 11.請求項10の記載において、別の圧力センサー(21)が、合成プラスチ ック材料を溶融体ポンプ(23)に供給する管体(16)に、濾過器(19)の 前で接続されることを特徴とする装置。 12.請求項8乃至11のいずれかの記載において、溶融体ポンプ(23)から ミキサー(25)に供給される合成プラスチック材料の圧力用の圧力センサー( 30)もまた、管体(16)に接続され、この圧力センサー(30)もまた、制 御ユニット(22)に接続されることを特徴とする装置。 13.請求項12の記載において、ミキサー(25)には、制御ユニット(22 )に接続された、好ましくは複数個の加熱または冷却ゾーン(47)が設けられ ることを特徴とする装置。 14.請求項7乃至13のいずれかの記載において、真空制御装置(48)が、 ガス抜き装置(17)の箇所でスクリュー(13)のハウジング(12)に接続 されることを特徴とする装置(第2図)。
