Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1−薄い永久磁石がその中で移動する主エアギャップ(2)を有する強磁性部分 から成り、さらに感磁探子(7)によって構成される誘導測定手段とから成る種 類の位置検出器において、さらにその中に前記感磁探子(7)が配置された主エ アギャップ(2)に対して垂直な副エアギャップ(6、73)を有し、磁石(3 )が二極型であり、曲線B(H)の第2象限内で直線特性を示し、可逆透過性が 1.2未満で、できれば温度係数が低く、2個の非磁性連結部品(10、11) によって連結された2個の強磁性部分(4、5)によって境界が形成される薄い 主エアギャップ(2)内を移動し、可動磁石(3)の移動方向に沿って測定した 主エアギャップ(2)の長さが、Cは磁石(3)の行程を、Eはエアギャップ( 2)の幅を表すとき、2(C+E)以上で、磁石(3)の長さが少なくとも(C +E)に等しく、行程が副エアギャップ(6、73)に対して±C/2に等しい ことを特徴とする位置検出器。 2−2個の強磁性部分(4、5)が非磁性側面板(10、11)によって結合さ れていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置検出器。 3−磁石(3)が気密の管状部品(13)内を移動することを特徴とする前記い ずれかの請求項に記載の位置検出器。 4−磁石(3)がテフロンなどの摩擦係数の小さい材料の外装によって被覆され ていることを特徴とする前記いずれかの請求項の一つに記載の位置検出器。 5−移動方向と磁化方向に垂直な軸に沿って測定した、永久磁石の幅Zが、しが 磁石の磁化方向に測定した磁石(3)の長さであるとき、3L以上であることを 特徴とする前記いずれかの請求項の一つに記載の位置検出器。 6−磁石(35)が円筒状であり、測定行程が軸方向なので回転が自由であり、 さらに固定子が円筒状の外側強磁性部分(25)と、その中に感磁探子が配置さ れている副エアギャップ(30)をその間に形成する2個の内側強磁性部分(2 7、28)とから成ることを特徴とする前記1から4のいずれか一つの請求項に 記載の位置検出器。 7−上部に連結軸(59)との結合のための鐙金具(64)を備えた軸受(63 )から成る可動部材(61)を有し、前記軸受が平面を有する円筒状の第1の強 磁性部分の上を摺動し、前記平面に平行に薄い磁石(68)を位置付ける空洞を 有し、第2の強磁性部分(70)が非磁性材料で製作されたケースの底(71) の外面に接着され、感磁探子(72)が可動部材(62)の移動方向に垂直な副 エアギャップ(73)内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位 置検出器。 8−連結軸(59)が2個の止金(80、81)並びに、それぞれ前部止金(8 1)と連結軸(59)の肩(86)の間に配置されたバネ(84)を有すること を特徴とする請求項7に記載の位置検出器。
