Claims (3)
- 1.内燃機関の排気ガス中の所定の構成成分の濃度を測定するポーラログラフ型 センサにおいて、ポンプセル10が設けられており、該ポンプセルのカソード1 2には拡散バリア13が、該ポンプセルのアノード14には拡散バリア15が設 けられていることを特徴とするポーラログラフ型センサ。
- 2.測定ガス中に無負荷の基準電極16が設けられており、前記基準電極は、該 基準電極に対する複数個の電極のうち少なくとも1つの電極の分極を測定するた めのものである、請求項1記載のポーラログラフ型センサ。
- 3.内燃機関に供給される空気/燃料混合気の構成成分の成分比を調整するため に用いる、請求項1または2記載のポーラログラフ型センサ。
