との間に微小な隙間9を保ち、且つ油受樋6の上面開口
部を閉塞するように防塵カバー10が取り付けられてい
る。防塵カバー10の内周には適宜位置に凸部10aが
設けられ、防塵カバー10は凸部10aに対応するラム
3に穿設した係止穴にボルト10bを螺着することによ
り取り付けられており、凸部10aの無い防塵カバー1
0の内周とラム3の周面との間に微小な隙間9を保って
いる。尚、防塵カバー10の取り付け位置は、ラム3、
油受樋6のどちらでもよく、また、前記実施例のように
防塵カバー10を直接取り付ける他に、油受樋6の底面

の取り付け手段は、本実施例に限定されない。この防塵
カバー10の屋根は外側下方へ傾斜していると共に、外
側端縁が内側へ引っ込んだテーパ面となっていて、油受
樋6と防塵カバー10との外縁相互間に隙間11が確保
されている。尚、油受樋6とラム3の周面との間に隙間
9及び隙間11は、潤滑油の粘性度や表面張力と、切粉
等の大きさとにより適宜に設定するものである。本考案
は前記のように構成するもので、その作用は次の通りで
ある。摺動面を潤す潤滑油はサドル2内において強制的
に供給されており、ラム3が下方へ突出する度毎に、サ
ドル下カバー4の内側に設けられているワイパー5によ
る擦り取られる。ワイパー5により捕捉できなかった潤
滑油は、僅かではあるが、ラム3の外周面に沿って垂れ
落ち、ラム3の周面と防塵カバー10との間に形成され
た微小な隙間9から油受樋6内へ流入する。そして油受
樋6の上部開口部は防塵カバー10で覆われているた
め、切粉や粉塵はその防塵カバー10に阻まれて油受樋
6内へ入り込むことがなく、油受樋6へは潤滑油のみが
回収される。そして油受樋6内への入り込みを阻まれた
