Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの点火出力段を制御するための点火制御装置と、投入時火花 を抑圧するための手段とを備えた内燃機関用点火装置において、前記点火装置の 作動のなされた後、前記少なくとも1つの点火出力段を制御するための制御装置 (19)の出力(A)が、該制御装置(19)にとって必要な給電電圧(VCC )に達するまで阻止されていることを特徴とする点火装置。 2.前記点火出力段を制御するための制御装置(19)の出力側(A)の接続端 子は、第1の電圧制御スイッチ(18)を介してアース(13)に接続すること ができる 請求項1記載の点火装置。 3.前記第1の電圧制御スイッチ(18)の制御電極は、点火錠出力側とアース (13)との間に接続されている別の電圧制御スイッチ(12)の主電流路に導 かれており、ここにおいて該別の電圧制御スイッチ(12)の制御電極(14) に、前記制御装置(19)に対して供給される給電電圧(VCC)が加わる 請求項1または2記載の点火装置。 4.前記別の電圧制御スイッチ(12)は抵抗(11)を介して点火錠に接続さ れておりかつ給電電圧(VCC)に達すると導通制御して、前記第1の電圧制御 スイッチ(18)の制御電極はアース電位に接続されており、これにより前記制 御装置の出力側におけるスイッチ(18)を阻止する 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の点火装置。 5.前記制御装置(19)の出力側(A)から前記点火出力段(Z)の1つへの それぞれの接続線に、それぞれの電圧制御スイッチ(18)に対するタップが設 けられている 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の点火装置。 6.前記制御装置(19)のすべての出力側(A)は、母線(22)を介して唯 一の電圧制御スイッチ(24)に接続されている 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の点火装置。 7.それぞれの電圧制御スイッチ(18,12,24)の主電流路に、抵抗(2 1)が接続されている請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の点火装置。 8.電圧制御スイッチ(18,12,24)として、MOSFET、有利にはエ ンハンスメント形のMOSFETが使用される 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の点火装置。 9.出力段ロックのためのすべての素子(12,18,24)は、制御装置(2 5)内に集積されている請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の点火装置。
