Description
Claims (21)
- 1.第1及び第2の開口部と、前記第1及び第2の開口部を繋げて、前記第1と 第2の開口部の間に第1の流体を通すための第1の流体路を形成し、着座表面を 具備する第1の内壁とを有するバルブ本体と; 前記第1の流体路内に配置され、その中で移動可能であり、前記着座表面と接触 するように適合され、それによって前記第1の流体が前記第1の流体路を通って 前記第1と第2の開口部の間を通るのを妨げるバルブ部材と;前記着座表面に対 して前記バルブ部材を駆動するための、前記第1の流体路内に配置された、手段 ;とを具備し: 十分な駆動力が前記バルブ部材に対して加えられる時、前記バルブ部材は前記着 座表面から駆動され、それによって前記第1の流体が前記第1の流体路を通って 前記第1と第2の開口部の間を通ることができるようになる、医療用バルブ組立 て。
- 2.前記バルブ部材が穴を開けることができる材料を具備する請求項1記載のバ ルブ組立て。
- 3.前記バルブ部材及び前記駆動手段が1つの部品として一体に形成される請求 項1記載のバルブ組立て。
- 4.前記第1の流体路で前記駆動手段をアラインするための手段を更に具備して いる請求項1記載のバルブ組立て。
- 5.前記アライン手段が、前記第1の流体路の前記内壁の上に配置されるアライ ンメント・レールと、前記駆動手段に配置されるアラインメント・スロットとを 具備し、前記アラインメント・レール及びアラインメント・スロットは協力的に 係合するように適合され、それによって前記第1の流体路内で決まった方向に前 記バルブ部材を誘導し、前記バルブ部材を維持する請求項4記載のバルブ組立て 。
- 6.前記アラインメント・レールと前記アラインメント・スロットとの間の前記 協力的な係合は、前記流体が前記アラインメント・レールと前記アラインメント ・スロットとの間を通るようにするために十分に離れている請求項5記載のバル ブ組立て。
- 7.前記バルブ本体が第3の開口部と、前記第3の開口部を前記第1の流体路に 繋げ、前記第3の開口部と前記第1の流体路との間に第2の流体を通すための第 2の流体路を形成する第2の内壁とを更に具備する請求項1記載のバルブ組立て 。
- 8.前記駆動手段が、前記第1の流体が前記第1の開口部から前記第2の開口部 へ移動する時に、前記第1の流体のための通路を形成する中央腔部を有するほぼ 管状の本体を具備する請求項1記載のバルブ組立て。
- 9.前記駆動手段の前記管状本体が、前記中央の腔部を取囲み、前記第1の流体 が前記第1の開口部から前記第2の開口部へ移動する時に前記第1の流体のため の通路を形成し、それによって前記管状本体の前記中央の腔部を前記管状本体の 外側表面へ連絡する、穴を具備する側部の壁を具備する請求項8記載のバルブ組 立て。
- 10.前記駆動手段が金属のばねを具備する請求項1記載のバルブ組立て。
- 11.第1及び第2の開口部と、前記第1及び第2の開口部と繋いでおり、前記 第1と第2の開口部の間に第1の流体を通すための第1の流体路を形成し、着座 表面を具備する第1の内壁とを有するバルブ本体と; 前記第1の流体路に配置され、その中で移動可能であり、前記着座表面と接触す るように適合され、それによって前記第1の流体が前記第1の流体路を通って前 記第1と第2の開口部の間を通るのを防げ、且つ穴開け可能な材料から作られる バルブ部材; とを具備し: 十分な駆動力が前記バルブ部材に対して加えられる時前記バルブ部材が前記着座 表面から変位され、それによって前記第1の流体が前記第1の流体路を通って前 記第1及び第2の開口部間を通ることができるようにし、前記第1の流体路を通 る前記第1の流体の連絡は、前記穴開け可能なバルブ部材を通って、前記第1の 流体路の中へ皮下注射針を挿入することによっても具現され、前記皮下注射針か ら前記第1の流体路の中へ前記第1の流体を分与する、穴開け可能なバルブを有 する医療用バルブ組立て。
- 12.前記バルブ部材を前記着座表面に対して駆動するために前記第1の流体路 内に配置される駆動手段を更に具備する請求項11記載のバルブ組立て。
- 13.前記バルブ部材及び前記駆動手段が1つの部品として一体に形成される請 求項12記載のバルブ組立て。
- 14.前記駆動手段が金属のばねを具備する請求項12記載のバルブ組立て。
- 15.前記第1の流体路内で前記駆動手段をアラインするための手段を更に具備 する請求項12記載のバルブ組立て。
- 16.前記アライン手段が、前記第1の流体路の前記内壁上に配置されるアライ ンメント・レールと、前記駆動手段に配置されるアラインメント・スロットとを 具備し、前記アラインメント・レール及びアラインメント・スロットが協力的に 係合するように適合され、それによって前記第1の流体路内で決まった方向に前 記バルブ部材を誘導し、前記バルブ部材を維持する請求項15記載のバルブ組立 て。
- 17.前記アラインメント・レールと前記アラインメント・スロットとの間の前 記協力的な係合は、前記流体が前記アラインメント・レールと前記アラインメン ト・スロットとの間を通るようにするために十分に離れている請求項16記載の バルブ組立て。
- 18.前記バルブ本体が、第3の開口部と、前記第3の開口部を前記第1の流体 路に繋げ、第2の流体が前記第3の開口部と前記第1の流体路との間を通るため の第2の流体路を形成する第2の内壁とを更に具備する請求項11記載のバルブ 組立て。
- 19.前記駆動手段が、前記第1の流体が前記第1の開口部から前記第2の開口 部へ移動する時に、前記第1の流体のための通路を形成する中央の腔部を有する ほぼ管状の本体を具備する請求項12記載のバルブ組立て。
- 20.前記駆動手段の前記管状本体が前記中央の腔部を取囲む側部の壁を具備し 、前記側部の壁が前記側部の壁を通って連絡している孔を具備し、それによって 前記管状本体の前記中央の腔部を前記管状本体の外側表面に連絡している請求項 19記載のバルブ組立て。
- 21.保持キャップを通って流体を運ぶための流体路手段を有し、内壁によって 連絡される第1及び第2の開口部と前記内壁と一体のアラインメント・レールと を具備している前記保持キャップと、 前記保持キャップ内に嵌り合うように寸法を決められたバルブ部材であり、前記 第1の入口開口部に封止するように接触するがその中で往復運動するように寸法 を決められるヘッド部分と、前記内壁と封止するように接触するがその中で往復 運動するように寸法を決められるバイアス部分と、前記ヘッド部分を通る長手方 向のスロットと前記誘導ピンを係合することによって前記保持キャップ内で前記 バルブ部材をアラインし前記バイアス部分の全長に通っている向い合う誘導スロ ットとを具備する前記バルブ部材、とを具備しており、 前記バイアス部分は前記ヘッド部分と一体であり、前記バルブ部材は前記保持キ ャップ内で入来する流体の流れに対して通常閉鎖の位置にバイアスされ、前記バ イアス部分は、圧縮された後でそのもともとの形に回復する弾性構造を形成する ように同一中心でひだを付けられた膜であり、 前記バルブ部材は、前記誘導ピンを前記誘導スロットに嵌め合わせることによっ て前記保持キャップ内でアラインされ、前記誘導スロットは、前記誘導ピンと前 記誘導スロットとの嵌り合い表面の間に流体を通すための流体通過パスを作る前 記嵌り合い誘導ピンよりも大きい寸法であり、これにより前記バルブ部材は、前 記第1の入口開口部の中へ雄コネクタを挿入し、前記ヘッド部分を押し込むこと によって作動させられて、前記第1の入口開口部で始っているパスに沿って前記 保持キャップを通り、前記誘導スロットに沿って延在し前記内壁の離れた方の端 部で終端している前記長手方向のスロットを通って流体の連絡を可能にし、前記 第1の入口開口部からカニューレを取出すことによって、結果的に前記ヘッド部 分をそれの通常の閉鎖状態に戻すことになり流体の連絡が中断することができる 、患者へ流体を入れたりそこから取出したりするための通常閉鎖した医療用バル ブ及び管状コネクタ組立て。
