Abstract
Description
Claims (44)
- 1.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維およびバインダー繊維の不規則に繊編した繊維 ウェブから成る不織シート材料であって、該繊維ウェブがパターンエンボス加工 され、および化学接合剤、物理的絡み合い、またはそれらの組合せにより内部接 合し、更に不織シート材料が約20cmの正方形シートに対して250g以下の ハンド(Hand)測定値を示し、そして直角装置方向に容易に指で引裂く事が できる不織シート材料。
- 2.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維が、ポリカーボネートステーブル繊維、ポリス ルホンステーブル繊維、ポリエステルステーブル繊維、ポリアミドステーブル繊 維、ポリオレフィンステーブル繊維、ポリアクリレートステーブル繊維、または それらを組合せたものから成る群から選択される請求項1記載の不織シート材料 。
- 3.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維が、延伸ポリエステルステーブル繊維、延伸ポ リオレフィンステーブル繊維またはそれらを組合せたものを含有する請求項1記 載の不織シート材料。
- 4.ポリエステルステーブル繊維がポリエチレンテレフタレートステーブル繊維 を含有する請求項2記載の不織シート材料。
- 5.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維が約0.7〜約2デニールの繊度を示す請求項 1記載の不織シート材料。
- 6.バインダー繊維が、伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維を破壊または本質的に弱く することなしに伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維に溶融接合し得る熱可塑性バインダ ー繊維を含有する請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 7.熱可塑性バインダー繊維が、ポリエステルバインダー繊維、ポリオレフィン バインダー繊維またはそれらを組合せたものから成る群から選択される請求項6 記載の不織シート材料。
- 8.バインダー繊維が約0.5〜約6デニールの繊度を示す請求項1記載の不織 シート材料。
- 9.バインダー繊維が芯鞘(core−sheath)バインダー繊維を含有す る請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 10.芯鞘(core−sheath)バインダー繊維が延伸ポリエステル繊維 、延伸ポリオレフィン繊維またはそれらの組合せの芯(core)、およびポリ エステル樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂およびそれらの組合せから成る群から選択さ れる熱可塑性ポリマーをから成る外側層を含有する請求項9記載の不織シート材 料。
- 11.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維が、繊維状支持体を含有する繊維の総重量の 約90〜約60重量%を構成し、かつバインダー繊維が繊維状支持体を含有する 繊維の総重量の約40〜約10重量%を構成する請求項1記載の不織シート材料 。
- 12.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維:バインダー繊維の重量比が約5:1〜約1 :1である請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 13.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維:バインダー繊維の重量比が約4:1〜約2 :1である請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 14.伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維が約0.75〜約1.25デニールのポリエ ステルステーブル繊維を含有し、かつバインダー繊維が約1.5〜約2.5デニ ールの熱可塑性バインダーを含有し、かつ繊維状ウェブ中の伸長性非破壊ステー ブル繊維:バインダー繊維の重量比が約4:1〜約2:1である請求項1記載の 不織シート材料。
- 15.繊維状ウェブの約50%以下がパターンエンボス加工されている請求項1 記載の不織シート材料。
- 16.繊維状ウェブの約30%以下がパターンエンボス加工されている請求項1 記載の不織シート材料。
- 17.繊維状ウェブが正方形または直角装置方向の線状パターンにパターンエン ボス加工されている請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 18.化学接合剤が水ベースの化学バインダーを含有する請求項1記載の不織シ ート材料。
- 19.水ベースの化学バインダーが、アクリルバインダー、スチレン/ブタジエ ンバインダー、酢酸ビニルバインダー、酢酸ビニル/エチレンバインダー、酢酸 ビニル/アクリレートバインダー、ポリ塩化ビニルバインダー、ポリビニルアル コールバインダー、ポリウレタンバインダーおよびそれらを組合せたものから成 る群から選択される請求項18記載の不織シート材料。
- 20.水ベースの化学バインダーが、アクリル/酢酸ビニルコポリマーラテック スを含有する請求項18記載の不織シート材料。
- 21.繊維状ウェブを含む伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維およびバインダー繊維: ウェブ内に保持された化学バインダー剤の乾燥時の重量比が約2:1〜1:2で ある請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 22.繊維状ウェブの物理的絡み合いを水絡み合い(hydroentangl e)、ニードル・タッキング(needle−tacking)またはそれらの 組合せにより行う請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 23.不織シート材料が20cm角のシートで200g以下のハンド(Hand )測定値を示す請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 24.不織シート材料が20cm角のシートで150g以下のハンド(Hand )測定値を示す請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 25.不織シート材料が装置方向に容易に指で引裂可能である請求項1記載の不 織シート材料。
- 26.不織シート材料が、装置方向および直角装置方向の両方に少なくとも容易 に指で引裂可能である請求項25記載の不織シート材料。
- 27.シート材料が、少なくとも約10N/cmの装置方向の湿潤破壊値を示す 請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 28.シート材料が、少なくとも約10N/cmの装置方向の乾燥破壊値を示す 請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 29.シート材料の装置方向の引張強さ:直角装置方向の引張強さの比が3:1 以下である請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 30.シート材料の装置方向の引張強さ:直角装置方向の引張強さの比が2:1 以下である請求項1記載の不織シート材料。
- 31.第1および第2の表面を有する不織支持体を含有する感圧接着剤テープで あって、該不織支持体が第1表面に被覆される感圧接着剤を有し、不織支持体が 互いに不規則に織編し繊維状ウェブを形成する伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維およ びバインダー繊維を含有し、該繊維状ウェブがパターンエンボス加工され、およ び化学接合剤、物理的絡み合い、またはそれらの組合せにより内部接合し、およ び更に接着剤テープが約20cm角のシートに対して250g以下のハンド(H and)測定値を示し、そして直角装置方向に容易に指で引裂く事ができること を特徴とする感圧接着剤テープ。
- 32.不織支持体の第2表面に被覆される更に低接着性組成物を含有する請求項 31記載の感圧接着剤テープ。
- 33.低接着性組成物が、ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)組成物、アリクレート組 成物、ポリカルバミド酸ビニル組成物およびそれらを組合せたものから成る群か ら選択される低接着性バックサイズ(backsize)を含有する請求項32 記載の感圧接着剤テープ。
- 34.更に不織支持体の第1表面を覆う剥離ライナーを含有する請求項31記載 の感圧接着剤テープ。
- 35.感圧接着剤がゴムベース接着剤、水ベース接着剤、溶剤ベース接着剤、ホ ットメルト接着剤またはそれらの組合せたものを含有する請求項31記載の感圧 接着剤テープ。
- 36.感圧接着剤が、重合可能な界面活性剤および低分子量疎水性ポリマーを保 持する高固形分ラテックス感圧接着剤を含有する請求項31記載の感圧接着剤テ ープ。
- 37.(a)伸長性非破壊ステーブル繊維およびバインダー繊維の不規則に織編 した繊維状ウェブを形成すること;(b)繊維状ウェブをパターンエンボス加工 すること;および(c)化学接合剤、物理的絡み合い、またはそれらの組合せに より繊維状ウェブを内部接合し、不織シート材料が約20cm角のシートに対し て250g以下のハンド(Hand)測定値を示し、そして直角装置方向に容易 に指で引裂く事ができる不織シート材料を形成すること;を含有する不織シート 材料の製造方法。
- 38.パターンエンボス加工工程が、繊維状ウェブ上に正方形または直角装置方 向の線状パターンにエンボス加工することを含有する請求項37記載の不織シー ト材料の製造方法。
- 39.相互接合工程が、繊維状ウェブに水ベース化学接合剤を注入することを含 有する請求項37記載の不織シート材料の製造方法。
- 40.水ベース化学接合剤を注入した繊維状ウェブを、本質的にすべての水分が 除去されるまで乾燥することを更に含有する請求項39記載の不織シート材料の 製造方法。
- 41.相互接合工程が、繊維状ウェブをパターンエンボス加工する前に繊維状ウ ェブに水絡み合い(hydroentangle)を行うことを含有する請求項 37記載の不織シート材料の製造方法。
- 42.感圧接着剤層を不織シート材料の第1表面上に更に被覆することを含有す る請求項37記載の不織シート材料の製造方法。
- 43.低接着性組成物を不織シート材料の第2表面に適用することを更に含有す る請求項42記載の不織シート材料の製造方法。
- 44.不織シート材料の第1表面を剥離ライナーで被覆した感圧接着剤を覆うこ とを更に含有する請求項42記載の不織シート材料の製造方法。
