A roll body (hereinafter, simply referred to as a roll body) 3 is formed, and this roll body 3 is, for example, 24
What is aged is handled. Since the sheet material 1a has a strong adhesive property, the upper film 4 and the lower film 5 made of polyethylene or the like are applied to the upper surface and the lower surface of the sheet material 1a so as to wind the sheet material 1a so that the sheet materials 1a do not adhere to each other. , Simply called a sheet)
Make up one. In the FRP forming step, the end portion of the roll body 3 is unrolled to cut the sheet material 1a into a predetermined length, the sheet materials 1a having the predetermined length are stacked, and pressure and heat curing are performed by a pressing machine or the like. There is. The cutting process of the sheet material 1a is performed by an SMC cutting machine 11 as shown in FIG. This SMC cutting machine 11, a cradle 12 that sequentially receives and supports the preceding roll body 3A and the following roll body 3B,
For each roll body 3A, 3B, apply the sheet material 1a to the upper film 4
And the lower film 5 and the pinch roll 13 for feeding, the cutting tool 14 arranged in front of the pinch roll 13, and the upper winding for winding the upper film 4 separated on the feeding side of the pinch roll 13. The roll 15 and a lower winding roll 16 for winding the lower film 5 are mainly constituted.

The setting was pulled out to the vicinity of the cutting tool 14 each time. This setting is for sheet material 1
Of the upper film 4 and the lower film 5 after being fed to the pinch roll 13 and the upper film 4 and the lower film 5 are wound around the upper take-up roll 15 and the lower take-up roll 16; Remove the side film 5 to remove the sheet material 1a
Was directly sent to the pinch roll 13.

Since it is easy to connect with the sheet material, the work of connecting the sheet material when replacing the roll body can be performed very quickly, and it is possible to prevent the resin of the sheet material from sticking to the surface of the pinch roll. Also, there is an advantage that cleaning of pinch rolls at the time of color change is not required, workability of sheet material connection work is improved, and operation rate of sheet material cutting processing is significantly improved.
