Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 1.次の部材によって内側から外側に構成した同軸電気信号ケーブル: (a)電気伝導性信号導体、 (b)前記導体を囲む徽多孔質の絶縁材の第1層、(c)前記絶縁材の第1層を 囲む独立気泡のポリマー発泡体の絶縁材の第2層。
- 2.前記絶縁材の第2層を囲む電気伝導性遮蔽材と、前記遮蔽材を囲む保護ポリ マージャケットを含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のケーブル。
- 3.前記微多孔質の絶縁材の第1層が延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む請 求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載のケーブル。
- 4.前記絶縁材の第2層が独立気泡の熱可塑性ポリマー発泡体の押出層を含む請 求の範囲第3項に記載のケーブル。
- 5.前記発泡体が約5〜95%の気孔率を有する請求の範囲第4項に記載のケー ブル。
- 6.前記発砲体が約50〜90%の気孔容積を有する請求の範囲第4項に記載の ケーブル。
- 7.前記熱可塑性ポリマー発泡体がポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステ ル、フルオロポリマー、フッ化工チレン−プロピレンコポリマー、パーフルオロ −アルニキシテトラフルオロエチレンポリマー、クロロトリフルオロエチレンポ リマー、エチレン−クロロトリクロロエチレンコポリマー、ポリビニリデンフル オライドポリマー、複素環合有フッ化酸素を含むポリテトラフルオロエチレンポ リマー、ポリスチレン、ポリホルムアルデヒドポリエーテル、ビールポリマー、 芳香族と脂肪族のポリアミド、及びエチレン−テトラフルオロエチレンコポリマ ーからなる群より選択された請求の範囲第4項に記載のケーブル。
- 8.前記延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレン絶縁材を、前記信号導体の上にテープ 巻き付け又は押出した請求の範囲第3項に記載のケーブル。
- 9.前記電気伝導性遮蔽材と前記信号導体が金属を含む請求の範囲第2項に記載 のケーブル。
- 10.前記金属が鋼、銅合金、貴金属をメッキした銅、銅合金、若しくはアルミ ニウム、及びアルミニウム、アルミニウムー銅複合材、プラズマコーティング法 によって別の金属で被覆した金属、鋼、錫、ニッケルをメッキした金属、及びミ ューメタル磁気合金からなる群より選択された請求の範囲第9項に記載のケーブ ル。
- 11.前記ジャケットが押出した熱可塑性ポリマーを含む請求の範囲第2項に記 載のケーブル。
- 12.前記熱可塑性ポリマーが導電性フィラーを含む請求の範囲第11項に記載 のケーブル。
- 13.前記導電性遮蔽材に接触及び隣接して配置した導電性金属ドレンワイヤー をさらに含む請求の範囲第2項に記載のケーブル。
- 14.次の過程を含む同軸電気信号ケーブルの製造方法;(a)多孔質延伸ポリ テトラフルオロエチレンの第1絶縁層で電気伝導性信号導体を囲み、 (b)独立気泡のポリマー発泡体を含む第2絶縁材で前記第1絶縁層を囲み、 (c)電気伝導性金属遮蔽材の層で前記第2絶縁材層を囲み、(d)所望により 前記遮蔽材に接触及び隣接して電気伝導性ドレンワイヤーを配置し、 (e)所望により保護ポリマージャケットで前記遮蔽材層を囲む。
- 15.請求の範囲第1項に記載のケーブルの2本以上を1本に撚り合わせたケー ブル。
