Claims (21)
- 1.再充電可能なバッテリ、牽引モータおよび該牽引モータのための牽引コント ローラを装備した電動輸送機関のための充電ステーションにおいて、パワーセク ションと、パワーコントローラセクションと、電動輸送機関のバッテリを再充電 するために前記パワーセクションを電動輸送機関に接続するためのパワーコネク タと、前記充電ステーションと前記電動輸送機関との間のインターフェイスと、 前記パワーセクションから前記パワーコネクタを通して前記電動輸送機関へ高充 電電流を流すことのできるパワーケーブルと、前記パワーコントローラと前記電 動輸送機関との間に制御信号を流すことのできる信号ケーブル手段と、ロックア ウト手段とを備えており、前記パワーセクションは、供給されるべきパワーの所 定の制限内にて充電されるべきバッテリに対して必要な充電電圧で高充電電流を 供給することができ、前記充電電流の供給割合は、制御可能であり、前記パワー セクションは、電源と、調流手段と、再充電可能なバッテリへの充電電流の流れ を制御するための制御手段とを備えており、前記信号ケーブル手段は、どの瞬時 時点でもバッテリの電圧を少なくとも指示する信号を該バッテリから前記パワー コントローラセクションへ流し、前記パワーコントローラセクションおよび前記 制御手段は、それぞれ、数ミリ秒より速く前記充電電流の供給をオン、オフでき るように高速動作するものであり、さらに、前記バッテリへの前記充電電流の供 給がターンオフされた期間中に前記バッテリの無抵抗電圧を測定するための手段 を備えており、前記パワーコントローラセクションの動作が前記無抵抗電圧によ って影響され、前記制御手段および前記充電ステーションの動作が前記バッテリ の前記無抵抗電圧の関数として制御されうるようになっており、少なくとも前記 パワーケーブルおよび前記信号ケーブル手段は、前記インターフェイスに関連付 けられており、前記ロックアウト手段は、前記パワーコネクタに関連付けられて いて、該ロックアウト手段が閉状態にロックされているとき以外は、前記バッテ リへの充電電流の供給を排除し、電動輸送機関におけるバッテリを再充電するた めの前記充電ステーションの動作は、前記ロックアウト手段が閉状態にロックさ れているときにしたがって、充電電流および制御信号を各ケーブルにて流すよう にし、この動作は、供結されるパワーが前記所定の制限内となるように制御され ることを特徴とする充電ステーション。
- 2.前記バッテリへの充電電流の供給を制御する充電コントローラを備えており 、該充電コントローラは、充電すべきバッテリに関して、その動作機能がその充 電すべきバッテリの特性、その公称電圧およびその公称電気化学的容量にしたが うように特有のものであり、前記充電コントローラは、前記信号ケーブル手段を 介して的証パワーコントローラセクションへ信号を通すようになっており、前記 パワーコントローラセクションの動作は、これによって前記充電コントローラか ら受けられる信号の性質にしたがっており、前記充電ステーションの動作は、制 御される請求の範囲第1項記載の充電ステーション。
- 3.前記インターフェイスおよび前記パワーコネクタは、物理的に互いに関連付 けられている請求の範囲第2項記載の充電ステーション。
- 4.前記充電ロントローうは、さらに、前記バッテリの少なくとも無内部抵坑電 圧および温度に関してそのバッテリを連続的に監視して、該バッテリの前記無内 部低抗電圧および温度の瞬時値にしたがって制御信号を前記パワーコントローラ 廿クションへ通すための手段を含む請求の範囲第2項記載の充電ステーション。
- 5.前記充電コントローラは、前記バッテリの少なくとも無内部抵抗電圧および 温度に関して該バッテリを連続的に監視して、該バッテリの前記無内部抵抗電圧 および温度の瞬時値にしたがった制御信号を前記パワーコントローラセクション へ通すための手段を含む請求の範囲第3項記載の充電ステーション。
- 6.前記バッテリは、複数のセルを備えており、該バッテリの無内部抵抗電圧お よび温度は、該バッテリの個々のセルまたは一群のセルに対して特有である請求 の範囲第4項記載の充電ステーション。
- 7.前記バッテリは、複数のセルを備えており、該バッテリの内部抵抗自由電圧 および温度は、該バッテリの個々のセルまたは一群のセルに対して特有である請 求の範囲第5項記載の充電ステーション。
- 8.前記ロックアウト手段は、該ロックアウト手段が閉状態にロックされている ときには、前記牽引モータのための前記牽引コントローラをディスエーブルして 、前記ロック了ウト手段が開状態であるときには、前記牽引コントローラはイネ ーブルされる請求の範囲第2項記載の充電ステーション。
- 9.前記バッテリの温度を測定するための手段と、前記バッテリの温度が所定の レベルより上のときに、アラーム信号を発するためのアラーム手段とをさらに備 える請求の範囲第1項記載の充電ステーション。
- 10.前記バッテリに充電電流が供給される電圧レベルおよび最高電流レベルを 前記所定の制限内で予め設定するための手動手段と、前記電圧レベルおよび最高 電流レベルが設定されたときに、充電動作を開始させて停止させるための手動手 段とを含む請求の範囲第1項記載の充電ステーション。

- 15.前記信号は、2つの別々の信号レベルを有する第1のデジタル成分と、前 記バッテリへ供給される充電電流のレベルを示す第2の可変アナログレベルとを 有する請求の範囲第13項記載の充電ステーション。
- 16.前記信号ケーブルによって流される信号は、前記バッテリへ前記インター フェイスおよびパワーコネクタを通して供給される充電電流のレベルを示し、前 記信号は、クロック手段によって駆動され、前記信号が所定のレベルより上であ るときには、充電電流はオンであり、前記信号がその所定のレベルにあるかまた はそれより低いときには、充電電流はオフであり、前記充電電流がオンであると きには、そのレベルは、前記信号のレベルの関数である請求の範囲第7項記載の 充電ステーション。
- 17.前記信号はデジタル信号である請求の範囲第16項記載の充電ステーショ ン。
- 18.前記信号は、2つの別々の信号レベルを有する第1のデジタル成分と、前 記バッテリへ供給される充電電流のレベルを示す第2の可変のアナログレベルと を有する請求の範囲第17項記載の充電ステーション。
- 19.前記パワーコネクタは、互いに物理的且つ電気的に組み合わされる第1の プサグ部分および第2のジャック部分を有する請求の範囲第2項記載の充電ステ ーション。
- 20.前記制御手段は、スイッチングインバータモジュールである請求の範囲第 1項記載の充電ステーション。
