Claims (15)
- 1.オリゴヌクレオチドの合成に有用であり、下記の式を有する環外アミノ保護 基: −C−(CH2)A−CH2 式中、“A”は0から約9の整数である。
- 2.Aが0から約5の整数である請求項1の保護基。
- 3.Aが0から約2の整数である請求項1の保護基。
- 4.Aが0である請求項1の保護基。
- 5.下記構造を有する化合物; ▲数式、化学式、表などがあります▼ 式中、“A”は0から約9の整数であり;Bはアデニン、グアニン、及びシトシ ンからなる群から選ばれ;Cは水素原子、リポータ−基、ヌクレオチドの5′一 炭素原子にオリゴヌクレオチドの合成中結合することができる基、及びヌクレオ チドの5′一炭素原子に結合した酸素原子にオリゴヌクレオチドの合成中結合す ることができる基からなる群から選ばれ;Dは水素、リポーター基、ヌクレオチ ドの3′一炭素原子にオリゴヌクレオチドの合成中結合することができる基、及 びヌクレオチドの3′一炭素に結合した酸素原子にオリゴヌクレオチドの合成中 結合することができる基からなる群がら選ばれる。

- 14.オリゴヌクレオチドの合成に使用され、オリゴヌクレオチドが1から約1 0の炭素原子を含んでなる少なくとも1つの直鎖アルキルアミンを含んでなる試 薬にさらされる請求項5の化合物。
