Claims (3)
- 1.座標位置決め装置の位置検知プローブからのセンサ信号を受信し、および前 記装置の制御部に指示を与えるトリガ信号を発生する信号処理回路であって、前 記センサ信号が予め定められたしきい値を越えるときに、前記プローブによる表 面の検知を前記制御部に対して示すトリガ信号の第1値を発生し、前記センサ信 号が前記予め定められたしきい値より低下するように戻るとき、トリガ信号の第 2値を発生し、前記トリガ信号の第2値は前記プローブが次の表面測定をするこ とができるということを前記制御部に対して示すようにした手段と、 前記信号が前記の予め定められたしきい値を越え、および前記トリガ信号の第1 値が発生したときに作動可能であり、前記センサ信号の発振の値が前記予め定め られたしきい値よりも低下し、および前にセンサ信号の発振の周波数が予め定め られた周波数を越えるような前にセンサ信号の発振をフィルタするためのフィル タ手段と を具えたことを特徴とする信号処理回路。
- 2.前記フィルタ手段は、 前記センサ信号が前記予め定められたしきい値よりも低下した後、予め定められ た時間隔Rにおいてパルス信号を発生するための手段と、 前記パルス信号の発生の際に、前記センサ信号の値が前記予め定められたしきい 値よりも低下するとき、前記トリガ信号の第2値を発生するための手段とを具え たことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の信号処理回路。
- 3.前記予め定められた周波数は1/Rに等しいことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項記載の信号処理回路。
