Description
Claims (16)
- 1.或る病状の治療のための薬物を放出させるドラッグシステムを製造する方法 であって、マトリックスの環境で固定化薬物および生理学的物質のための少なく とも1種の受容体を含有する生体親和性マトリックスを製造し、前記受容体を前 記生理学的物質のレベルに応じて活性化してマトリックスに構造変化を生じさせ 、薬物の可動化および環境への放出を可能とすることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.請求の範囲第1項記載の方法おいて、薬物が天然産出の生物学的薬剤からな ることを特徴とする方法。
- 3.請求の範囲第2項記載の方法において、生物学的薬剤がホルモンであること を特徴とする方法。
- 4.請求の範囲第3項記載の方法において、ホルモンがインシュリンであること を特徴とする方法。
- 5.請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、受容体 が結合高分子化合物であることを特徴とする方法。
- 6.請求の範囲第5項記載の方法において、結合高分子化合物がレクチンである ことを特徴とする方法。
- 7.請求の範囲第6項記載の方法において、レクチンがコンカナバリンA、タチ ナタマメ・レクチンであることを特徴とする方法。
- 8.請求の範囲第6項記載の方法において、レクチンがpeaレクチンであるこ とを特徴とする方法。
- 9.請求の範囲第5項から第8項までのいずれか1つに記載の方法において、受 容体が生理学的物質を結合することを特徴とする方法。
- 10.請求の範囲第1項から第9項までのいずれか1つに記載の方法において、 生理学的物質が炭化水素であることを特徴とする方法。
- 11.請求の範囲第10項記載の方法において、炭化水素がデキストランである ことを特徴とする方法。
- 12.請求の範囲第9項記載の方法において、炭化水素がグルコースであること を特徴とする方法。
- 13.請求の範囲第10項記載の方法において、デキストランの末端グルコース 分子が受容体に結合することを特徴とする方法。
- 14.請求の範囲第1項から第13項までのいずれか1つに記載の方法において 、デキストランの末端グルコース分子がコンカナバリンAに結合したときに薬物 がマトリックス内に固定化されてゲルを形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 15.請求の範囲第1項から第14項までのいずれか1つに記載の方法において 、マトリックスの構造変化が受容体の生理学的物質への結合によってもたらされ ることを特徴とする方法。
- 16.請求の範囲第15項記載の方法において、構造変化がマトリックスの非ゲ ル化であることを特徴とする方法。
