以下に図面を用いて本発明に係るパネル取付構造の一実

パネル7を装着する下地として機能するものである。さ
らに説明すると、胴縁2は例えば第2図(a)〜(e)
に示すような断面に形成したものであり、装着面3に後
記する取付具を嵌挿する装着口4を適宜ピッチP、例え
ばP=300〜600mm位で穿設し、前記装着面3と段差Hを
設けたフランジ状の固定片5を形成し、この固定片5に
平行に、もしくは千鳥状に取付孔6を穿設し、これを介
して釘、アンカーボルト等で躯体1に水平、または垂直
に一定ピッチで配列固定して下地を構成する。なお、装
着口3の形状としては取付具の形状に対応するが、一例
としては角孔、長方形孔、丸孔、長円形孔等の1種位か
ら形成する。パネル7は建築、構築物の内、外壁材とし
て使用するもので、主に金属板、(カラー鋼板、ステン
レス板、アルミニウム板、銅板、チタン)の単体、また
はこれを表面材と、プラスチックフォームを芯材とし、
裏面紙とをサンドイッチ構造とした板体等の1種からな
り、その具体例としては第3図(a)〜(t)に示すよ
うな断面に形成したもの等である。さらに説明すると、
パネル7は雄型連結部8、雌型連結部9、化粧面10、固
定面11と固定面11に一定ピッチで穿設した固定孔12とか
ら形成したものである。なお、固定孔12の大きさ、形状

楔状の係止部15とを有し、嵌挿時に間隙ΔWが伸縮して
弾性変形することによって前記パネル7を胴縁2に固定
するものである。
