That is, in the male and female connection structures, the degree of fitting varies depending on the pressing force at the time of insertion, and as a result, the joint width becomes irregular, which is a disadvantage that the appearance is impaired.

A panel mounting structure that is fixed integrally to achieve a uniform joint width, greatly shortens the construction period (1/2 to 1/3 compared to before), and easily and securely fixes it. It is a proposal.

That is, FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are a perspective view and a sectional view showing an embodiment of a panel mounting structure (horizontal lining) according to the present invention, in which 1 is a skeleton or an existing outer wall, and 2 is a furring strip. It functions as a base on which the panel 7 is mounted. To explain further,
The furring strip 2 is formed, for example, in a cross section as shown in FIGS. 2A to 2F, and a mounting hole 4 into which a mounting tool to be described later is fitted is mounted on the mounting surface 3 at an appropriate pitch P, for example P =. 300-600 mm
The mounting surface 3 and a step H to form a flange-shaped fixing piece 5, and mounting holes 6 are formed in parallel with the fixing piece 5 or in a staggered manner, and through this. The base is formed by horizontally or vertically arranging and fixing the nails, anchor bolts or the like on the body 1 horizontally or vertically. The mounting hole 4 is formed in conformity with the shape of a fixture described later. The shape of the mounting hole 4 is, in addition to a hole having a constant diameter, a dimension longer than the diameter of this hole and the furring strip 2 A slit 4a, which is elongated and cut out along the longitudinal direction, is formed substantially at the center, and the sectional shape is a corner, a round hole, an oval, or the like.
The panel 7 is used as an outer wall material in buildings and structures, and is mainly a color steel plate, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate, a copper plate, a single metal plate such as titanium, or these are used as a surface material and as a core material 13. Sandwich structure using one kind of plastic foam, polyurethane worm, styrene foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, etc. and one or more kinds of kraft paper, aluminum paper, stainless steel foil etc. as the backing material 14, The shape is the cross section shown in FIGS. 3 (a) to (v). More specifically, the panel 7 includes a male connecting portion 8, a female connecting portion 9, a decorative surface 10, a fixing surface 11 and a fixing surface.
It is formed by fixing holes 12 formed in 11 at a constant pitch. The shape and size of the fixing hole 12 are the same as those of the mounting hole 4 described above.
It almost agrees with. Reference numeral 15 is a fitting for aligning the fixing hole 12 of the panel 7 with the mounting hole 4 of the furring strip, and inserting and rotating the fitting hole 4 to fix the fixing hole 12 under elasticity. To explain further, the fixture 15 has a stopper 16 and a head as shown in FIG.
The stopper portion 16 is formed in an L-shaped cross section from the neck portion 17 and the neck portion 18. The stopper portion 16 has a flat plate shape with chamfered corners and serves to support the fixing surface 11 of the panel 7, and the head portion 17 has the furrow 2 The neck 18 engages the panel 7 with the furring strip 2,
It serves as a rotating part for fixing.

Therefore, the furring strips 2 shown in FIG. 2 (a) are vertically fixed in parallel to each other on the frame or on the existing outer wall 1 with nails. Next, align the fixing hole 12 of the panel 7 with the mounting hole 4 of the furring strip 2,
The fitting 15 is inserted into the through hole, and the fitting 15 is rotated in the mounting hole 4 to be integrally fixed. Therefore, in order to construct the panel 7, this kind of process may be sequentially performed from the base to the eaves.

Since the fixing hole having a size larger than the mounting hole is formed in the panel and the elastically deformable mounting tool is fitted and mounted in the mounting hole, the construction becomes easy. Due to the relationship between the fixing holes of the panel and the fixture, the panel will not be deformed even when it expands or contracts. The panel can be installed easily in a short time. The positional relationship of the panel on the furring strip can be reliably supported. There are features such as.
