置と、機械の周囲を覆う全体カバーに前記工具交換アー
ムと主軸との間で前記工具交換アームの運動を許容させ
る開口部が開設され、この開口部を開閉する側扉とを備
えた工作機械において、前記側扉を前記工具交換アーム
の運動と同調して開閉作動するよう前記カム機構と前記
側扉とをリンク機構を介して連繋したことを特徴とする
