The surface fastener widely includes fasteners that engage the two surfaces by providing the hook-shaped or mushroom-shaped engaging element and the loop-shaped engaged element on separate tapes or the same tape. Here, the tape is obtained by weaving fibers. One example is what is known as Magic Tape (registered trademark). The surface fastener is back-coated with an adhesive (back surface coating) for the purpose of fixing the engaging element.
However, it is also possible to dye the back-coated surface fastener or the surface fastener provided with a large number of engaging elements on the sheet obtained by extrusion-molding the plastic.

A method of winding a surface fastener around the core,
A method in which the center hole of a roll of surface fastener that has been wound in advance is inserted into the center of the partition plate can be used.

In that case, the partition plate can be a flat plate having a liquid-permeable bottom surface or a saucer shape having side surfaces. The liquid-permeable bottom surface may be a mesh-shaped one as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a punched perforated plate, or a wheel-shaped structure provided with a large number of support linear members radially from the center. There is no particular limitation as long as it is liquid and can carry the surface fastener. Since the partition plate is provided with surface fasteners and is laminated, it is desirable that the partition plate has a structure that facilitates lamination. FIG. 4 shows a saucer-shaped partition plate as an example thereof. The saucer should be slightly higher than the height of the surface fastener that is used for supporting during lamination so that the surface fastener is not damaged by the partition plate. It is advisable not to contact the partition with the upper partition.

As a specific example of the carrier, a columnar body provided with a stopper at one end is used, and the columnar body is inserted into the center of the partition plate to form a laminated body of partition plates around the columnar body, which is used as a dyeing container. Accommodate. Dyeing is performed by a conventional method by circulating a dyeing solution under normal pressure or high pressure. The circulation of the dyeing solution is carried out parallel to or perpendicular to the surface cloth of the surface fastener, from inside to outside or from outside to inside. However, many surface fastener base fabrics are extremely dense and do not allow the dyeing solution to pass through. In particular, there is no liquid permeability in the case of woven surface fasteners and plastic molding surface fasteners that have been previously coated with a back coat. It must be circulated parallel to the base cloth.
