Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上り利用分野】この発明は、肥料等の散布機にお
ける散布量調節装置に関するものである。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来の肥料散布機における散布量調節装
置としては、例えば、実公昭52−57068号公報に
記載されたようなものがある。
【0003】このものは、肥料散布機のホッパ底部に設
けたシャッタを開閉操作するベルクランク状調節レバ−
を、前記ホッパにブラケットを介して軸承すると共に、
ホッパから突出するブラケットに歯付目盛板の歯部を軸
着し、該歯付目盛板の歯部に前記調節レバ−の支承ピン
側に弾引されるストッパを係合させたもので、このスト
ッパと目盛板の歯部との係合位置をばねに抗して変えて
シャッタを移動させることにより、ホッパ底部の肥料落
下口の開度を変え、肥料の散布量を調節するものであ
る。
【0004】また、肥料等の粉体散布機において、ホッ
パ底部の肥料落下口に対設した円板状シャッタを、その
調節ねじ付レバ−により回動調節して肥料落下口の開度
を変え、肥料散布量の調節を可能にしたものも、例え
ば、特公昭51−45486号公報に記載されている。
【0005】さらに、実開昭53−62816号公報に
は、周壁部にトラクタへの装着用ヒッチ部材を備え、底
壁部が断面V字状をなす肥料タンクの低壁中心線上に、
適当な間隔を存して多数の散出口を穿設し、該タンク底
壁部底面にこれと同形状の肥料散布量調整板を摺接し、
該調整板にその長手方向への移動を案内する案内部材を
設けると共に、任意の位置に止めた際、前記散出口に合
致する同数の規制孔を同間隔に穿設し、軸受部材により
可回動に支持され、連接棒を介して前記調整板に連結さ
れた枢軸に操作レバ−の基端部を起伏自在に接続し、該
レバ−操作により前記調整板の移動調節を可能にすると
共に、該レバ−に固設された規制片を任意のレバ−角度
で支嵌する目盛板を設け、圧縮ばねにより前記調整板を
任意の長手方向に付勢した肥料散布装置について記載さ
れ、この装置は強制駆動手段を具備せず、肥料の自然落
下を利用するので、トラクタの後部のみならず、ヒッチ
部材を取換えによってトラクタの前部にも装着できると
共に、肥料散布量の調整操作が容易となり、しかも、構
造が非常に簡単化して故障の原因を極減させ、かつ、大
巾なコストトダウンを促がし、経済的に極めて有利であ
る旨の記載がある。
【0006】また、実開昭58−117815号公報に
は、トラクタの後方に連結するフレ−ム上に、適当数の
肥料タンクを横材により連繋して左右方向に並設し、そ
の肥料タンクの下開口下方にそれぞれ受箱を後方へ突出
するように連設し、該受箱の中間部に開閉調節板を上下
自在に設け、上記肥料タンクの後方に左右動自在に設け
た横杆と各開閉調節板とをそれぞれリンクで連結すると
共に、上記横材に基端を取付けて左右方向に配置するシ
リンダのピストンロッドの先端を横杆に連結し、そのシ
リンダと、上記トラクタの運転席近傍位置に着脱可能に
取付けて、トラクタの油圧発生器に連通する切換えレバ
−付き方向制御弁とを、ホ−スにより連結することによ
り、運転者がトラクタを運転しながら、畑の土の状態に
応じて運転席近傍の方向切換弁の切換えレバ−操作によ
り、圧力油を交互に多条施肥機のシリンダ基部又は先端
部に導入し、油圧によって横杆を左右動させ、該横杆か
らリンクを介してすべての開閉調節板を、同時に上下し
て施肥料の散布量を増減させる装置について記載されて
いる。
【0007】さらに、特開昭61−28809号公報に
は、キャビン付きトラクタに連結されて、肥料や農薬を
散布する農用散布機において、ホッパの底面に添うシャ
ッタに仲介部材を介して開閉レバ−を連結し、この開閉
レバ−の移動径路に同開閉レバ−との当接により、その
移動限度を規制するリミットスイッチを設け、かつ、前
記開示レバ−をモ−タにて駆動される伝導部材、又は油
圧シリンダのピストン杆に連結し、前記モ−タ又は油圧
シリンダの操作スイッチをキャビン内の運転席まわりに
設けた農用散布機の開閉装置について記載されている。

【従来技術における問題点】しかしながら、前記実公昭
52−57068号公報及び特公昭51−45486号
公報に記載載されたものは、何れもホッパ底部に設けた
シャッタを移動させることにより、ホッパ底部の肥料等
の落下口の開度を変えて肥料の散布量を調節をすること
ができるものの、これらの装置にあってはシャッタの調
節により肥料等の落下口が直ちに開放されることになる
ものであったため、肥料等の落下口の開度調節を、肥料
等の散布開始直前に当該ホッパの落下口まわりで直接操
作しなければならず、次のような問題があった。
【0010】肥料等を圃場へ散布するに当り、対象作物
や土壌の性状等に適応するように肥料等の散布の開始又
は終了の都度、当該肥料等の散布機をけん引するトラク
タの運転者が、当該トラクタから降りて散布機まわりに
移動し、調節レバ−等によりそのホッパ底部のシャッタ
を移動させて、その落下口を開閉及び落下口の開度の調
節しなければならず、この開閉及び開度調節が煩雑であ
り、殊に、キャビン付トラクタにあっては、肥料等の散
布量調節の都度、作業者がキャビンのドアを開閉して上
記操作を繰返さなければならず、面倒であった。
【0011】また、前記実開昭53−62816号公報
に記載された肥料散布装置、及び実開昭58−1178
15号公報に記載された多条施肥機の施肥料調節装置に
あっては、何れも、トラクタの運転席まわりから、必要
に応じて適時その操作レバ−又はレバ−付方向制御弁の
操作により、シャッタを移動させて、肥料落下(散布)
口の開度を調節(ただし、実開昭53−62816号公
報記載のものは、段階的な開度調節)できるものの、こ
れらの公報には、肥料落下口の開度を、当該肥料散布機
による肥料散布作業に先立って、予め調節、設定するこ
とについての記載はなく、走行するトラクタ上から、必
要に応じて随時当該肥料散布機の肥料落下口を、希望す
る開度に開閉操作可能にしたもので、その際、その開度
の調整を、その操作レバ−又は切換えレバ−の切換量、
すなわち調節度合如何により、その開度調節を可能にし
た留まり、そのような落下口の開度調節を、当該トラク
タの走行操作に併せて同一運転者が行ななう必要がある
外、殊に、そのシャッタ移動による肥料落下口の微細な
開度調節を、当該トラクタの走行運転操作に併せて行な
うことが、熟練者といえども容易でないという問題があ
った。
【0012】さらに、前記特開昭61−28809号公
報に記載された農用散布機の開閉装置にあっては、ホッ
パの底面に添うシャッタに仲介部材を介して連結した開
閉レバ−に、モ−タにて駆動される伝導部材又は油圧シ
リンダのピストン杆を連結し、モ−タ又は油圧シリンダ
の操作スイッチをキャビン内に設ける一方、前記開閉レ
バ−の移動限度を制限するリミットスイッチの取付位置
が調節可能に設けられているため、ホッパ底部のシャッ
タをトラクタの運転者がキャビン内のスイッチ操作によ
り遠隔操作できると共に、前記リミットスイッチの位置
を走行操作に先立って調節することにより、シャッタの
開度を予め設定できるものの、このものにあっては、シ
ャッタの開度調節をリミットスイッチの取付け位置の変
更によりする面倒があり、しかも、その開度調節が同リ
ミットステッチの取付位置数だけの段階的になされるに
留まり、その開度の微細な調節まではできない嫌いがあ
った。
【0013】この発明は、このような従来例の問題点に
鑑み、肥料等の散布機40のホッパ41底部の落下口5
1の開度を制限するシャッタ52を揺動リンクを介して
電動シリンダ60で連結し、同シヤッタ52の移動限度
を、目的とする畑地等の耕土状態に対応するように、磁
気検出素子66の選択により所要量に予め調節、設定し
た後、同シャッタ52をトラクタ1の運転席まわりから
の遠隔操作により、適時前記設定開度に開放して肥料の
散布を可能にする一方、前記電動シリンダ60への通電
解除により前記シャッタ52を自動的に逆方向に回動さ
せて落下口51を閉塞可能に構成することにより、前記
のような問題点のない、肥料等の散布機における散布量
調節装置を提供しようとするものである。

【問題点を解決する手段】この発明は、このような従来
例の問題点を解決するため、肥料等の散布機40のホッ
パ41を支承するフレ−ム42に電動シリンダ60と磁
気センサ59とを平行状に設け、該電動シリンダ60と
磁気センサ59とのピストンロッド61、67上にピン
62、69を設け、該ピン62、69を前記フレ−ム4
2上に支軸73Aで軸承した揺動リンク70の一側の長
穴71に係止させる一方、前記揺動リンク70の他側の
長穴72に、前記ホッパ41底部の散布量調節用シャッ
タ52に設けたピン74を係合させ、かつ、前記磁気セ
ンサ59のピストンロッド67に永久磁石68を設け、
該永久磁石68の移動軌跡まわりに、適宜間隔を存して
複数の磁気検出素子66を適時選択可能に設けたもので
ある。
【0015】(作用)この発明は、前記のような構成を
有するから、肥料等の散布機40のホッパ41の底部の
落下口51と散布量調節用シャッタ51の開口53の合
致する落下口51Aの開放限度を、当該圃場の耕土状態
等に最適な散布量相応度とするように、当該散布機40
による肥料等の散布作業の開始に先立って、前記磁気セ
ンサ65のスイッチボックス78のスイッチボタン79
の選択により、対応する磁気検出素子66を予め選択、
調節した後、当該散布機40のキャビン2内に設置され
たスイッチボックス78により電動シリンダ60へ通電
すると、そのシリンダロッド61による揺動レバ−70
の揺動を介して、シヤッタ52が軸49まわりに回動
し、磁気センサ65の選択、磁化された素子66によ
り、ストンロッド67が停止するまで移動して落下口5
1が開放され、同落下口51から適時所望量の肥料等を
散布する。
【0016】また、落下口51を閉塞する場合は、閉塞
に対応する磁気検出素子66を選択し、上記スイッチボ
ックス78により電動シリンダ60へ通電すると、シリ
ンダ61、揺動レバ−70を介してシャッタ52が回動
し、ホッパ41の落下口51を閉塞する。
【0017】(実施例)以下、この発明に係る肥料等の
散布機における散布量調節装置を、トラクタによりけん
引されるブロ−ドカスタに実施した一例を、図1ないし
図3を参照して説明する。
【0018】図1ないし図3において、1はトラクタ、
2はトラクタ1のキャビン、3及び4はトラクタ3のト
ップリンク及びロアリンク、5はトラクタ1の図示しな
いPTO軸に駆動されるユニバ−サル駆動軸、7はバッ
テリ、40はブロ−ドキャスタ、41はブロ−ドキャス
タ40のホッパ、42はホッパ41に取付けたフレ−ム
で、このフレ−ム42を、トップリンク3及びロアリン
ク4を介してトラクタ1に取付けることにより、このブ
ロ−ドカスタ40がトラクタ1に直装される。
【0019】43はフライホイ−ル、44はミッション
で、このミッション44の軸はトラクタ1の図示しない
PTO軸により駆動されるユニバ−サル駆動軸5により
駆動され、また、このミッション44の軸上には前記フ
ライホイ−ル33が設けられる。

直状の回転軸で、この回転軸49は前記ホッパ41の中
心部に配設され、この回転軸49のホッパ41内に延び
る上端部に、図示しないアジテ−タが装着される。51
はホッパ41の底壁50に設けた肥料等の落下口、53
は円板状シャッタ52の開口、55は肥料等の散布管で
ある。
【0021】58及び59はブラケット、60は電動シ
リンダ、61は電動シリンダ60のピストンロッド、6
2はピストンロッド61の端部に設けたピン、65は電
磁センサ、67は電磁センサ65のピストンロッド、6
9はピストンロッド67の端部に設けたピンで、前記電
動シリンダ60と電磁センサ65とは互いに平行するよ
うに、ブラケット58及び59によりフレ−ム42に取
付けられる。

はその中央部がフレ−ム42に突設されたブラケット7
3に揺動可能にピン73A付けされる。71、72は揺
動リンク70の両端部に、その長手方向に設けた長穴
で、長穴71には前記電動シリンダ60のピストンロッ
ド61上のピン62と電磁センサ65のピストンロッド
67上のピン69とが同時に挿入され、また、長穴72
には前記ホッパ41の底壁50下側に設けた円板状シャ
ッタ52から延びるブラケット54上のピン74が係合
する。

該磁気検出素子66は底壁50の落下口51の開度に対
応するよう所要間隔に配設された9個からなり、それぞ
れの「0」ないし「8」の目盛66Aが磁気センサ65
のケ−ス上に表示される。68はピストンロッド67に
設けた巾狭な永久磁石、75及び76は電動シリンダ6
0及び磁気センサ65とスイッチボックス78間の配
線、77はスイッチボックス78とバッテリ7間の配線
で、バッテリ7及びスイッチボックス78はトラクタ1
上に設けられる。79は前記「0」ないし「8」の磁検
出素子16に対応するスイッチボックス78のスイッチ
ボタンである。
【0024】(実施例の作用)トラクタ1を目的個所に
移動させた後、そのキャビン2内に設置されたスイッチ
ボックス78の所望のスイッチボタン79(0ないし8
の何れか、例えば、開度「5」に対応する5)を押す
と、磁気センサ65の検出素子66の目盛「5」に対応
するものが磁化される。
【0025】次に、電動シリンダ60への通電により、
同電動シリンダ60が磁化されると、そのシリンダロッ
ド61が右方(図2、図1では下方)へ移動し、同ロッ
ド61上のピン62に長穴71介して係合する揺動リン
ク70が、支軸73Aまわりの反時計方向(図2)に揺
動し、同揺動リンク70他側の長穴72と係合するピン
74を介して、同ピン74の植設されたブラケット54
を備えるシャッタ52が、垂直軸49まわりの時計方向
(図1)に回動し、ホッパ41の底板50の開口51
と、シャッタ52の開口53を合致させて同開口51を
開放し、肥料等を同開口51から落下、散布する。

移動により揺動リンク70が支軸73Aまわりに揺動す
ると、同揺動リンク70の長穴71にピン69を介して
係合するシリンダロッド67も同時に右方向(図2)へ
移動する。

回動し、底壁50の落下口51とシャッタ52の開口5
3との重合部(51A)が、ピストンロッド61の移動
量に応じて変化し、肥料等の散布量が調節される。

シャッタ52は、ホッパ41の底壁50上側に配設して
もよく、この場合にはホッパ41の側壁部に形成される
穴から突出し、同穴部を往復動することになる円板状シ

ッパ41内の肥料等の流出を防止する適宜の対策を構ず

ものが磁化されると共に、電動シリンダ60のピストン

磁石68が磁化された磁気検出素子66の位置に達する
と前記と同様に吸引されて停止し、同時に揺動リンク7
0を介してシャッタ52が反時計方向に同角度回動して
停止し、落下口51の開度が目盛「2」対応値になる。

用をするから、次のような効果が得られる。
