以下、本考案の実施例を、図面に基づいて説明する。 図1は、本考案の実施例に係る作業車両を示す概要側面図である。 作業車両1は、車体2、走行装置3、作業装置4、タンク5、加圧装置6、ノ ズル7とからその主要部が構成されて居り、この例では、バックホーに適用して いる。 車体2は、作業車両1の基本部分を為すもので、この例では、運転室8とエン ジン等の原動機9とを備えている。 走行装置3は、車体2に設けられたもので、この例では、クローラ式にしてあ り、原動機9に依り回転駆動される。 作業装置4は、車体2に設けられたもので、この例では、車体2に俯仰可能に 設けられたブーム10と、車体2に対してブーム10を俯仰させるブームシリン ダ11と、ブーム10に俯仰可能に設けられたアーム12と、ブーム11に対し てアーム12を俯仰させるアームシリンダ13と、アーム12に設けられたグラ ップル等の作業具14と、アーム12に対して作業具14を作動させる作業具シ リンダ15とから成っている。 タンク5は、車体2に設けられて水が貯溜されたもので、この例では、車体2 のボンネット16の上部前側に設けて居り、基台17の上に100リッターのも のを左右に二つ並設している。 加圧装置6は、車体2に設けられてタンク5の水を加圧するもので、この例で は、車体2のボンネット16の上部後側に設けて居り、架台18と、プランジャ ポンプ(常用圧力25〜30kgf/cm2 )等のポンプ19と、これを回転駆 動するエンジン20と、これを起動する為のバッテリ21等から成っている。そ して、図略しているが、ポンプ19の開閉コック、エンジン20のキースイッチ 、スロットルレバー、チョークレバーは、コントロールパネルに一纏にされて運 転室8に設けられて居り、ここから操作できる様にしてある。 ノズル7は、作業装置4に設けられて加圧装置6からの加圧水Aを発塵箇所B へ噴霧するもので、この例では、単頭型のものがアーム12の先部の左右に設け られて居り、噴霧方向が作業具14に向けられている。ノズル7とポンプ20の 開閉コックとの間は、ホース22に依り接続されている。ホース22は、作業装 置4の運動に支障がない様に設けられている。 次に、この様な構成に基づいて作用を説明する。 走行装置3に依り車体2が走行されると共に、作業装置4のブーム10、アー ム12、作業具14の作動に依り作業が行われる。作業が行われると、粉塵が発 生する。加圧装置6のポンプ19に依りタンク5の水が加圧される。加圧水Aは 、ホース22を経てノズル7から作業具14に依る作業箇所つまり発塵箇所Bに 向けて噴霧される。その結果、粉塵の拡散が防止される。 ノズル7は、作業装置4のアーム12に設けてあるので、逐一発塵箇所Bに向 けなくても同方向を向いて水が噴霧されるので、極めて合理的である。 水流に高圧を与え、微粒(数10〜数100ミクロン)の加速水滴を無数に作 り、浮遊した粉塵粒子に衝突させてこれを叩き落とし、或は粉塵粒子を湿らせて 粉塵粒子間の凝集を促進させ、浮遊性を失わせると共に、発塵以前に表面即ち発 塵箇所を迅速且つ適度に湿潤状態にする事ができる。つまり、噴霧法に依れば、 浮遊した粉塵微粒子も、そこに飛散した無数の水滴に依って容易に補足されて叩 き落とされ、或は浮遊性を急速に失わせる事ができる。 浮遊粉塵の発生量が大きい時は、水滴の数を増やすと同時に水滴に与える加速 度も大きくし、叩き落とし効果を更に強力に行ない、抑制率を良くする必要が生 じる。この際には、ポンプ19に於ける発生圧力を一層高くする事に依り対処す る事ができる。 勿論、作業装置4の作業具14に依る作業を行わないで、作業装置4のブーム 10やアーム12等を適宜作動させる事に依りノズル7を作業具14に依る作業 箇所以外の発塵箇所に向ける事もできる。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
