The locked state is obtained by engaging the engaging member with the engaged member at the final position. By obtaining the locked state, rattling at each position of the folding door is avoided.

When moving, the folding door is completely folded. Therefore, the rail support of each door approaches, the center of gravity shifts to the maximum from the rail, and knocking or rattling occurs when moving, smooth movement cannot be obtained, and unnecessary labor is also required. Met. This is not only a problem of movement operability but also a factor that causes an early deterioration of the rail and the runner member due to the action of an unbalanced load in the long term.

A biased ball is arranged so that when the folding door is opened in a V-shape, it engages with the rotation holding recess and moves along the rail while holding the folding door in the V-shape. .

When an external force is applied to the folding door, the restoring moment around the pivot axis that opposes this force does not work, causing vibration due to external force such as vibration, and especially the movement of the folding door in the V-shaped posture is not performed smoothly. There was a problem.

A closing member having a contact portion formed in a wedge shape by means of a spring and biased toward the cam member by a spring, and the contact portion engages with the cam surface of the cam member at the closing position of the folding door. At the V-shaped open position and the temporary engagement engaging surface part that is formed with an inclination degree that engages with the mating surface at the V-shaped open position to prevent rotation in the folding direction and moves while maintaining the V-shaped posture of the folding door. There is provided a gently sloped surface portion that abuts the end surface of the slide member to generate a rotational force in the folding direction.

When the folding door is folded from the closed position, the slide member is retracted against the biasing force of the spring by the folding force, and the engagement between the closing engagement surface portion and the slide member is released. As the folding progresses, the slide member is restored and its abutment portion is engaged with the temporary fixing engagement surface portion of the cam member. At the same time, the end surface of the slide member abuts on the gentle slope of the cam member to generate a rotational force in the folding direction,
The temporary fixing engagement surface portion and the contact portion are urged in the engagement direction, so that the folding door has a V-shaped posture in a stable engaged state, and is moved in a state in which the V-shaped posture is maintained. The V-shaped posture maintains the space between the rail support portions of the folding door, reduces the shift of the center of gravity, and prevents knocking.

As the deployment further progresses, the engagement between the temporary engagement engagement surface portion and the slide member is released, and the slide member retracts,
It is engaged with the closing engagement surface portion through the restoring operation. As a result, the closed position of the folding door can be obtained and the locked state at the closed position can be obtained.

In this case, the end surface 30b of the slide member abuts the gentle slope portion 48 to generate a rotational force in the folding direction, and the temporary fixing engagement surface portion 42 and the contact portion 30 are biased to the engaged state and swing. The temporary fixing engagement surface portion 42 is formed with an inclination of an angle α between the alternate long and short dash lines G 1 and G 2 . When the contact point with the contact portion 30 is S, the extension line between the centers O and S of the shaft pin 16 which is the center of rotation when the folding doors 6 and 6 are folded is G 1 , and S and the temporarily engaging engagement surface portion.
The extension of the straight part of 42 is G 2 . As a result of the experiment, Orido 6,
It was confirmed that β = 20 ° to 90 ° in order to prevent knocking or rattling during movement of 6. on the other hand,
It has been found that α = 5 ° to 30 ° is desirable in order to be able to move while maintaining the V-shaped posture and to complete folding with a force as small as possible at the movement end position. As shown in FIG. 3 (b), when the distance between O and S is L, the engagement on the temporary engagement surface 42 cannot be disengaged unless a moment of PL (kgmm) acts. The rotational force P is combined with the reaction force N of the slide member 26 and the reaction force R of the rotating shaft (shaft pin 16), and this rotational force P acts as a folding prevention force, as is clear from the action direction. As shown in FIG. 4, when a folding pressing operation is applied to one of the folding doors 6, the folding proceeds (solid line), and when the slide member 26 engages with the temporary engagement engaging surface portion 42 of the cam member 28, two points are formed. As shown by the chain line, a V-shaped posture is formed, and this V-shaped posture is held by the above-mentioned folding prevention force P and moved. By the V-shaped posture, the rail supporting portions of the folding doors 6 and 6 are kept at a constant interval and the shift of the center of gravity from the rail is reduced, so that smooth movement without knocking or rattling is performed.

大きな押圧力を要する。When the folding door 6 on the side opposite to the pressing side comes into contact with the fixing member 50 such as the door frame, the sliding member 26 is moved backward against the biasing force of the spring 36 by applying a pressing force larger than the folding blocking force P. Then, the engagement between the temporary engagement engaging surface portion 42 and the slide member 26 is released, and the folding of the folding doors 6, 6 is completed. The smaller the inclination angle α of the temporary engagement engaging surface portion 42, the larger the pressing force required to complete the folding.

In this case, the rotational force P is extremely smaller than the size of the temporary engagement engagement surface portion 42, but acts as a folding prevention force capable of preventing rattling at the closed position. In the closed position, the mounting plates 14,14
Since the stopper faces 24, 24 come into contact with each other so as to be flush with each other, rattling is prevented on the front and back sides of the hinge 8.

The contact portion 30 moves forward and slides on the gently sloped surfaces 46, 48 of the cam member 28 to reach the temporary fixing engagement surface portion 42. In this case, the rotational force P acts as a weak force that promotes folding in (b) and (d), and acts as a weak force that prevents folding in (c).

In the open position, the slide member 26 is engaged with the open engagement surface portion 44 of the cam member 28. In this case, a frictional force F that prevents the folding doors 6 and 6 from expanding acts to prevent rattling at the open position. The opening engagement surface portion 44 is formed into a gentle curved surface so that the operation at the time of deployment can be easily performed.

When the end surface of the slide member abuts the inclined surface portion with the biasing force of the spring, a rotational force in the folding direction is generated and the temporary fixing engagement surface portion and the contact portion are biased into the engaged state. It is possible to prevent the folding door from swinging during movement in a character posture, and to smoothly move the folding door with only one hand pressing operation.
