The substrate 1 formed with the substrate 1 and the substrate that covers both ends of the through hole 1a.
Sheets 2 and 3 respectively forming a first chamber 2a and a second chamber 3a on both sides of 1 and a through hole 1a of the substrate 1 when one chamber is pressed.
A fluid that is hermetically sealed so that it can move through it to the other chamber.
4, the chambers 2a and 3a are formed by stacking the sheets 2 and 3 in two stages so that the cross-sectional area gradually increases toward the substrate 1.

Since one of the chambers is compressed so that the two-stage sheets are folded in order at the boundary of the stepped portion, wrinkles do not occur, the cushioning action is stable, and the mechanical life due to repetition is prolonged.

In other words, explaining it with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the small diameter portion of the seat 2 forming the first chamber 2a is displaced by the displacement S from the state of FIG. 7 (a) in which the movable member 5 does not press the first chamber 2a. As shown in FIG. 8, the load F applied to the movable member 5 when pressed is inverted and folded so that the small-diameter portion of the movable member 5 goes into the large-diameter portion with the stepped portion 2b as a boundary and approaches the direction of the substrate. The reversal load Fa for generating a maximum value is generated on the way, and it exceeds the maximum value at displacement S 1 in Fig. 7 (b),
4 has finished moving to the second chamber 3a through the through hole 1a.
It stops at displacement S 2 in (c).

Every time the vehicle gets over, the stress applied to the stepped portions of both seats 2 and 3 becomes large, which also causes the mechanical life to be shortened.

A sheet and a fluid that is hermetically sealed so as to move to the other chamber through the through hole of the substrate when pressed in the one chamber, and the chamber has a stepwise cross-sectional area toward the substrate. In the damper formed by stacking the sheets in a plurality of stages so as to increase in order, the chamber has a structure in which a folding portion is provided at the boundary of the step portion of the sheet, and the folding portion approaches the direction of the substrate.

At the boundary, since the folded-back portion that approaches the direction of the substrate is already provided, the reversal load for folding is not generated in the middle unlike the conventional example.

The peripheral portions are airtightly joined by ultrasonic welding or the like so that an appropriate amount of viscous fluid 4 is enclosed on both sides to form the first chamber 2a and the second chamber 3a, respectively. At this time, both chambers 2a and 3a are formed in a hemispherical dome shape by stacking the sheets 2 and 3 on the large diameter part in two steps so that the cross-sectional area gradually increases toward the substrate 1. Has been done. And that sheet 2,
At the boundary between the stepped portions 2b and 3b of FIG. 3, folded portions 21 and 31 are formed so as to approach the substrate 1 once.

合も同様である。When the movable member 5 presses the small-diameter portion of the seat 2 forming the first chamber 2a with the displacement S from the state of FIG. 3 (a) in which the first chamber 2a is not pressed, the viscous fluid 4 is generated. The resistance of the movable member 5 moving through the through hole 1a of the substrate 1 to the second chamber 3a buffers the speed of the movable member 5 to reduce the noise of collision with the fixed member and the load F applied to the movable member 5. When the small-diameter portion of the sheet 2 folds into the large-diameter portion with the stepped portion 2b as the boundary, the folded-back portion 21 that once approaches the direction of the substrate 1 is already provided at the boundary. As shown in the solid line in FIG. 4, the fluid 4 penetrates through the intermediate displacement S 1 in FIG. Hole 1a
It changes substantially in proportion to the displacement S until it stops at the displacement S 2 of FIG. 3 (c) which has finished moving to the second chamber 3a. The same applies to the case where the second chamber 3a is pressed from the state shown in FIG. 3 (c).

The load F applied to 5 changes smoothly in proportion to the displacement S and is sufficiently smaller than the attraction force of the electromagnet of the relay, which may cause malfunction such as the movable member 5 stopping midway. In addition, the stress applied to the seats 2 and 3 is reduced, and the mechanical life can be extended.

Since the folded-back portion is already provided, unlike the conventional example, it is possible to operate stably without the inversion load for folding being generated in the middle.
