Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本考案は、郵便物の出し入れ時に、郵便受口が広く開口
する機能をもった郵便受に関するものである。
［従来の技術］ 従来、郵便受の受口は、郵便受の前面部に受口を設けた
もの、上蓋を持ち上げると上部に受口を設けたものなど
あったが、いずれも受口の開口部は限定された大きさで
あった。
［考案が解決しようとする課題］ 従来の技術の場合、最近の郵便物は封書・葉書の他に新
聞・雑誌などかなりかさばるものが投入されるため、狭
い受口からの出し入れが困難なばかりでなく、出し入れ
時に郵便物を損傷することもあるという問題点を有して
いた。本考案は、このような問題点を解決するためにそ
の目的とするところは、郵便物を容易に出し入れできる
郵便受を提供しようとするものである。
［課題を解決するための手段］ 郵便受本体（１）に取り付けた上蓋（２）を持ち上げる
と、上蓋に止め金Ｉ（４）で取り付けた極細チェーン
（５）が引っ張られ、チェーンは滑車Ｉ（６）、滑車Ｉ
Ｉ（７）を通して前蓋（３）にボルト（１０）で取り付
けたつなぎ板（９）を引っ張る結果、前蓋（３）が郵便
受本体のレール（１−（３））と前蓋の溝（３−
（１））の佐用で下方へスライドし、郵便受口が大きく
広がる構造とした。
［作用］ 使用する場合は、郵便受本体に取り付けた上蓋を持ち上
げれば、上蓋に取り付けたチエーンと側壁に取り付けた
滑車の作用により、前蓋が下方へスライドして郵便受口
は大きく広がる。郵便物収納後、上蓋を元の位置に戻せ
ば、内部に取り付けられたコイル状バネの作用で前蓋は
上方へスライドして自動的に元の受口を閉じた状態に戻
る。
［実施例］ 実施例について図面を参照して説明する。第１図〜第３
図において、郵便受本体（１）は金属板またはプラスチ
ック板で新聞・雑誌類が楽に収納できる程度多少大きめ
のものを用意する。前蓋（３）は同様の材料で作り、本
体のレール部分に前蓋の溝をはめ、前蓋が上・下方向に
自在にスライドするように取り付ける。上蓋（２）も同
様の材料で作ったものを、郵便受本体（１）の上部に蝶
番いで取り付ける。大きさは郵便受内部に雨水が入らな
い程度の大きさのものを用意する。次に、フレクシブル
で十分な強度を有する極細のチェーンを用意し、滑車を
通して上蓋と前蓋を繋ぎ、さらにコイル状バネに繋ぐ。
上蓋を持ち上げると前蓋は自動的に下方ヘスライドして
郵便受口が大きく広がり、上蓋を元の位置に戻せば、自
動的に前蓋が上方へスライドして受口が閉じるように取
り付ける。本案は以上のような構造で、これを使用する
場合、郵便物を入れようとする時は、まず上蓋を持ち上
げる。すると、チエーンと滑車によって前蓋は下方へス
ライドして受口は広がる。上蓋を降ろして元の位置に戻
せば、チェーン・滑車・コイル状バネの作用で前蓋は上
方へスライドして受口を閉じる。ここで、前蓋がよりス
ライドしやすいように、滑車やチェーン止め金の位置を
第４図のように工夫することもできる。
［考案の効果］ 本考案は、上述のとおり構成されているので、次に記載
する効果を奏する。郵便物の出し入れ時に、郵便受の受
口が自動的に大きく広がるため、かさばる郵便物の出し
入れが著しく容易になる。従って、狭い受口に無理に突
っ込んだ新聞を無理に引き出して損傷するようなことが
なくなる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 郵便受本体（１）に、上蓋（２）と前蓋（３）を取り付
    ける。前蓋（３）の取り付けは、郵便受本体（１）のレ
    ール（１−（３））に前蓋溝（３−（１））をあてが
    い、前蓋（３）が上下にスライドするように取り付け
    る。次に、上蓋（２）に止め金Ｉ（４）で取り付けた極
    細チェーン（５）を、側壁（１−（１））の内側に取り
    付けた滑車Ｉ（６）および滑車ＩＩ（７）を通して、前
    蓋（３）にボルト（１０）で取り付けたつなぎ板（９）
    に繋ぐ。さらに、つなぎ板（９）にはコイル状バネ
    （８）をつなぎ、止め金ＩＩ（１１）で側壁（１−
    （１））の内側上部に取り付ける。以上の如く構成され
    たスライド開口式郵便受。
