(実願昭63−148884号)。(Prior Art) Gauze, absorbent cotton, etc. have been conventionally used to absorb the blood, body fluid, etc. exuding from the wound, but these easily stick to the wound and are attached to the wound. Since it is troublesome to use an adhesive tape or a bandage, the applicant has proposed an absorbent pad with an adhesive layer, which has a large wound healing effect and is convenient for use (Japanese Utility Model Application No. 63-148884). issue).

Both ends of the absorbent pad are joined to form an absorbent pad body in which the absorbent material is disposed between the wound surface covering material and the surface material, and an adhesive layer is formed on the peripheral edge of the wound surface covering material of the absorbent pad body. The absorbent pad body can be easily attached to the wound area by applying the adhesive layer to the skin around the wound area.

Even if a large amount of blood or body fluid is exuded from the wound, it is quickly absorbed and prevents the stuffiness of the affected area by evaporating water quickly. It is possible to prevent stains on clothes.

While inserting, the both sides of the wound surface covering material 3 and the surface material 4 are heat-bonded by the heating roll 8 to produce a long absorption pad body 1 (Fig. 4 (a)). Next, the strip-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 6 each having a release paper attached on one side are attached to both sides of the wound surface covering material 3, and then the release papers are peeled off to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 6 (Fig. 4 (b )). Next, two strip-shaped protective papers 5 and 5 are arranged on the wound surface covering material 3 side of the absorbent pad main body 1 so that the ends on the center side thereof overlap and the outer end of the protective paper 5 is placed. It is adhered to the surface of the adhesive layer 6. Next, this is cut into appropriate dimensions in the longitudinal direction to obtain an absorbent pad with an adhesive layer.

You don't have to fix it and you can use it comfortably. In addition, compared with the conventional gauze and the like, it is possible to absorb a large amount of blood, body fluid and the like, while the applied portion has a relatively small area. Further, by designing the adhesive layer 6 to have a large adhesive area, the absorbent pad body 1 can be reliably attached to the skin.

Therefore, when the absorbent pad is applied to the wound area where the wound surface covering material 3 is easily transferred to the surface material 4 side, and thus blood and body fluid are discharged little by little and intermittently, the wound surface side is It is easy to dry. Further, since the absorbent material near the surface is closer to the dry state, the clothes are not contaminated with blood or the like.
