(実施例) 以下本考案の一実施例を図面によって説明する。第1
図、第2図に於て1は射出装置で射出成形機の機台2上
を進退可能に取付けられている。前記射出装置1は射出
ベース3上にバレル4を固着し、そのバレル4内にスク
リュ5を嵌挿している。前記スクリュ5の図右方端側は
射出シリンダ6を貫通し、スクリュ回転駆動用モータ7
に接続している。8はホッパーで前記バレル4内へ供給
する樹脂材料を貯えておくためのもので、バレル4に設
けた樹脂経路9の上方に設置されている。10は前記ホッ
パー8に設けられたレベル検知器で樹脂材料供給状況を
検知するものである。11は樹脂原料貯蔵庫で前記機台2
内に設けられ下部に向って傾斜面状に形成され、その傾
斜面に取付けられた脚12と前記機台2の一部とピン13に
より係合し、前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11が回動可能となって
いる。前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11の底部にはシャッタ14が設
けられ内部の原料をシャッタ14を手動で進退させること
により排出又は保持させている。前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11
の上部にはフタ15を取外し可能に設けている。16は前記
機台2内に設けた受箱でシャッタ14から洩れ出た原料を
受けておく役目をしている。更に前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11
の回動に制限を加えるために、前記機台2側にストッパ
17a,17bを設け樹脂原料貯蔵庫11を機台2内にトッテ18
を持って前記ピン13を回動中心として回動させて押し込
んだ時のストッパとして17bが作用し、逆にトッテ18を
持って引き出した時のストッパ17aとして作用させる当
板19が、前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11の上部に形成している。
20は射出成形機を駆動させる油圧モータでそのモータが
排出する温風をダクト21を介して前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11
に導入して原料の予備加熱をして原料を乾燥させるよう
にしている。22は前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11よりホッパー8
へ原料を吸い上げるための吸込管で、一端を前記樹脂原
料貯蔵庫11内に投入し、他端はホッパー8内に導かれて
いる。前記樹脂原料貯蔵庫11からの原料供給手段は機台
2よりはり出して設けたプラケット23上に前記ホッパー
8内を負圧にするための吸込用モータ24を設置し、この
吸込口25とホッパー8とをエアーフィルタ26を介してホ
ース27で連結すると共に前記ホッパー8内部にもエアー
フィルタ28を設けてホッパー8内の樹脂や工場内のほこ
