[Prior Art] The warmth, softness, and calm atmosphere of Japanese paper are still favored in modern times, and they are used for lighting covers and interiors. However, if Japanese paper is used as it is for lighting covers, interiors, etc. that will be used for a long period of time, it tends to tear and become dirty, so replacement is necessary in such cases. There is used, for example, a film made of vinyl chloride resin or acrylic resin, a Japanese paper bonded to a sheet, a film printed with a Japanese paper pattern, or a resin plate laminated with this film.

However, when impregnating the conventional Japanese paper itself with a resin component or adhering it to a film or sheet,
The disadvantage of Japanese paper turning yellow over time cannot be eliminated, and it is expensive because it involves manual work or because it cannot be heat-formed, and it does not allow deep drawing with free curves. Had.

In addition, although there is no problem with the above yellowing or molding method with a film printed with a Japanese paper pattern or a resin plate laminated with these, when deep drawing processing that is often used for lighting covers and displays, gloss is produced, There was a problem that the texture was hard to appear.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a Japanese paper pattern synthetic resin plate that does not lose the texture of Japanese paper even in deep drawing.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention can achieve the object of the present invention by including a specific amount of a matting agent having a specific particle diameter in a resin for laminating a film printed with a Japanese paper pattern. It was found that the present invention has been completed.

That is, the object of the present invention is to provide 1 to 2 fine matting agent particles having an average particle diameter of 3 to 100 μm with respect to 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic synthetic resin.
On the resin A containing 0 parts by weight and having a uniform uneven surface,
This can be achieved by a synthetic resin plate having a Japanese paper pattern and a synthetic resin film B having the synthetic resin film B on one surface of the resin plate.

The thermoplastic synthetic resin of the present invention has a usual meaning and is not particularly limited. Examples of resins preferably used as translucent resins such as lighting covers and signboards for lighting include vinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, styrene resin, polycarbonate resin, etc. Other than the above resins, ABS resin and the like can be mentioned, and acrylic resin is more preferable from the viewpoint of transparency and beauty. The thermoplastic synthetic resin may contain a dye / pigment, a lubricant, an ultraviolet absorber, a heat stabilizer and the like depending on the purpose of use, and may contain a modifier such as an impact resistance improver.

Examples of the matting agent fine particles used in the present invention include fine particles of inorganic substances such as glass and mica, fine particles of organic substances such as acrylic resin beads, and silicone resin beads, etc., damage prevention of an extruder and the like, cost, From a comprehensive viewpoint of particle size and the like, mica fine particles such as muscovite and white synthetic mica are preferably used. The fine particles have an average particle size of 3 to 100 μm, preferably 5 to 50 μm, as measured by the gravity sedimentation method.
Is. If the average particle size is less than 3 μm, the surface gloss becomes large and the texture such as warmth of Japanese paper tends to be lost, which is not preferable, while the average particle size is 100 μm.
When it exceeds m, it is not preferable because a surface having uniform unevenness cannot be obtained. If the average particle size is the same,
Those having a narrow particle size distribution give a beautiful surface and are therefore preferred. In addition, the content of the fine particles is 10%
It is 1 to 20 parts by weight, preferably 5 to 15 parts by weight, relative to 0 parts by weight. If the content is less than 1 part by weight,
There is little effect on surface gloss, and the fine uniformity of Japanese paper is impaired. On the other hand, when it exceeds 20 parts by weight, there is almost no improvement in addition effect and there is no cost advantage, and it is stretched during heat molding. It becomes difficult to do and is not practical.

The synthetic resin film having a Japanese paper pattern used in the present invention,
The thermoplastic synthetic resin film printed with a Japanese paper pattern may contain additives such as matting agents, and commercially available products can be used. Further, it is preferable that the resin material of the resin A and the film resin material are the same, but they are not necessarily the same material.

The Japanese paper pattern synthetic resin plate of the present invention is the thermoplastic synthetic resin.
At least the synthetic resin film having a Japanese paper pattern was placed on a resin layer containing 1 to 20 parts by weight of the delusterant particles having an average particle diameter of 3 to 100 μm per 100 parts by weight and having a uniform uneven surface. It is a resin plate of a structure. Explaining the structure of this resin plate with reference to the drawings, the structure of the present invention is, for example, one in which a film B is simply arranged on a resin A as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the thermoplastic synthetic resin containing no matting agent is used as a resin layer C, and the resin A and the film B are arranged on one side of the resin layer C, and the heat containing no matting agent as shown in FIG. Examples of the resin layer C include a resin layer C and a resin A on one surface thereof, and a resin A and a film B on the opposite surface thereof. It is preferable that the thermoplastic resin of the resin layer C contains dyes and pigments for the purpose of producing whiteness.

As the method for producing the Japanese paper pattern synthetic resin plate of the present invention, a film having the Japanese paper pattern on the resin plate containing the matting agent fine particles may be carried out by a generally industrialized thermal laminating method, or a plurality of films may be used. The same kind or two or more kinds of different thermoplastic synthetic resins are simultaneously extruded from the extruder using an extruder, and the resins are joined in a molten state to form a multilayer plate composed of the resin A and the resin layer C. A method of laminating a film having the above-mentioned Japanese paper pattern is used.

Example 1 Polymer beads having an average degree of polymerization of 1650 (hereinafter referred to as acrylic beads) obtained by a suspension polymerization method of a monomer of 5% of methyl acrylate and 95% of MMA (hereinafter referred to as acrylic beads) were fed from a single-screw extruder of 65φ at 80 kg.
/ H, acrylic beads containing 8% by weight of natural muscovite with an average particle size of 5μ were kneaded and melt-extruded at a rate of 30 kg / H from a 40φ single-screw extruder, and merged with a feed block so that the layers containing mica were on the upper and lower sides. Then, after introducing into the same die to form a sheet, the gap was adjusted in advance so that the plate thickness was 2 mm.

When passing between rolls, insert an acrylic film (trade name: Sanjuren) made by Kanegafuchi Kagaku Co., Ltd. on which a Japanese paper pattern is printed with a white pigment, cool it while winding it around the 3rd roll, and then pass it through the take-up roll. Then, a beautiful Washi paper-patterned synthetic resin plate with both sides matted was obtained. The obtained synthetic resin plate was vacuum-formed to obtain a beautiful Japanese-style lighting cover.

As described above, the Japanese paper pattern synthetic resin plate of the present invention has an average particle diameter of 3 to 100 μm based on 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic synthetic resin.
A resin plate characterized by having on one side a surface on which a synthetic resin film B having a Japanese paper pattern is arranged, on a resin A containing 1 to 20 parts by weight of fine particles of a matting agent of m and having a uniform uneven surface. Therefore, even if deep drawing is performed by heat molding, no gloss is generated by the molding process, rather the glossiness is further reduced, and a warm Japanese-style molded product can be obtained. It is useful as a material suitable for interiors and the like.
