め転覆事故を起しやすい。For example, when attaching an electric wire to an insulator, a dolly as shown in FIG. 1 (a universal caster part is different) is used. This trolley works on the upper part of the trolley and has a jig for it, so that the center of gravity is high. In addition, since the synthetic resin filled between the insulator and the electric wire is housed in the thermal furnace to solidify, the width is narrowed in order to accommodate a large number of carriages. This trolley is equipped with casters at the lower four corners for convenience in moving. The two wheels in front of the traveling side have fixed casters, and the two wheels in the traveling rear have freely movable casters that follow the movement direction. There is. The dolly of this structure does not have much problem in the case of forward and backward linear movement. However, as described above, since the trolley having this structure has a narrow width and a high center of gravity, when the rotary movement for changing the direction of the trolley around the fixed casters is performed, the casters are, for example, recessed in the road surface. When it is impossible to prevent smooth rotational movement such as when the vehicle is depressed or collides with an obstacle, the trolley tilts, and once the trolley starts to tilt, the restoring force is difficult to work and a capsizing accident is likely to occur.

The purpose is to provide a truck that is less likely to cause an accident.

That is, the present invention provides a trolley having a narrow width with respect to the length; fixed casters attached to the lower surface of the trolley on both sides of one longitudinal end; and a lower surface of the trolley to the other longitudinal direction. Swivel casters mounted on both sides of the side end portion; the swivel casters are mounted eccentrically from a rotating shaft of a supporting yoke; and the rotating shaft is fixedly provided on the supporting yoke. A supporting member that protrudes in a direction opposite to the axle of the wheel with the shaft sandwiched between the supporting member and the supporting member; the supporting member is attached to the tip of the supporting leg, and has a large frictional resistance when contacting the road surface. A supporting body, the lower end of the supporting body is located above the lower end of the wheel, and the rotating shaft is located at a position where the supporting body contacts the road surface when the carriage is tilted. The length up to the axis of is the length between the axis of the rotating shaft and the axle of the wheel. Yes to set longer, the wheel and 支衝 member, if you press the carriage, is provided so as not to protrude from the side surface of the carriage is a carriage equipped with a rollover prevention casters. Therefore, when the bogie is rotated around the fixed caster to change the direction of the bogie, the wheels are located on the opposite side to the pivoting direction of the bogie and the support members are located on the pivoting side. If there are dents or obstacles on the road surface that hinder the smooth movement of the wheels and the trolley tilts to overturn, the impact member contacts the road surface and supports the trolley in a direction that prevents the trolley from overturning. The position of the fulcrum is on the rotation direction side of the wheel, which can prevent the truck from overturning.

FIG. 1 is a side view of one embodiment, FIG. 2 is an enlarged detailed view of a part of the universal caster portion shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a right side view of FIG. Reference numeral 1 is a dolly, which is a lower portion of the dolly 1, and fixed casters 2 are attached to both sides of one end in the longitudinal direction. Further, on both sides of the other end in the longitudinal direction, free casters 3 which are free to move following the movement direction are attached. Flexible caster 3
A support yoke 30 that supports the wheels 35 is provided. The support yoke 30 is formed in a U-shaped cross section, and is integrally formed with both side sides 33, 34 that hang from the base side 31 to both sides of the axle 32. The axle 32 is rotatably supported on the lower portions of the both sides 33, 34.
Wheels 35 are attached to the. On the base 31 of the support yoke 30, a seat plate for attaching the carriage 1 is provided.
37 is provided, and is connected to the support yoke 30 by a rotary shaft 38 having a vertical axis. The axle 32 is a rotating shaft 38.
The wheel 35
Moves so as to be always located rearward with respect to the traveling direction of the carriage 1. The support yoke 30 has an axle with a rotary shaft 38 interposed therebetween.
The support member 40 is fixed in a projecting state in a diagonally downward direction opposite to the direction 32. The support member 40 includes a support leg 41 and a support body 42 attached to the tip of the support leg 41. Further, the lower end of the support body 42 is located above the lower end of the wheel 35 by a slight distance d. The distance d is set so as not to come into contact with the road surface due to the unevenness of the road surface within an allowable range without causing a risk of overturning the bogie so as not to interfere with the smooth operation of the wheels 35. Although the support member 42 is attached so as not to rotate the rubber roller, a material having a large frictional resistance at the time of contact with the road surface may be used as the support member, and if the shape is such that the lower end contact surface, that is, the support surface is obtained, it is not a roller. Good. Further, when the bogie 1 is tilted, the length from the point where the support body 42 comes into contact with the road surface to the axis of the rotating shaft 38 is the length between the axis of the rotating shaft 38 and the wheel axle 32. It is set longer than that. Action The action of the carriage 1 according to this embodiment will be described. In the case of the normal work of pushing the trolley 1, the fixed caster 2 is moved forward and the free caster 3 is moved backward, but the wheels 35 are located on the opposite side of the traveling direction about the rotation shaft 38 of the caster 3, Since the support member 40 provided on the opposite side is located on the traveling direction side, it is housed inside the outer periphery of the carriage 1 and does not interfere with the moving work. When the trolley 1 is rotated about the fixed casters 2 for changing the direction of the trolley 1, the wheels 35 are located on the opposite side to the rotation direction of the trolley 1, and the support members 40 are located on the rotation direction side. When there is a dent or an obstacle in the vehicle, which hinders the smooth movement of the wheels 35 and the truck 1 tries to incline and overturn, the support member 40 comes into contact with the road surface to prevent the vehicle 1 from overturning. The fulcrum is supported, and the position of the fulcrum is on the rotation direction side of the wheel 35, which prevents the trolley 1 from overturning. The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims for utility model registration.

Therefore, when there are dents or obstacles on the road surface, which hinders smooth movement of the wheels and the truck is about to overturn, the supporting member with large frictional resistance when the road surface comes into contact with the ground and Since it supports in a direction that prevents overturning, it is possible to prevent the trolley from overturning. (2) When pushing the dolly, the wheels are located on the opposite side of the direction of travel around the rotation axis of the casters, and the support members are on the side of the direction of travel, so they are stored inside the side surface of the dolly. Doesn't get in the way of moving. (3) If the length between the axis of the rotating shaft and the axle of the wheel is increased, the movement of the wheel to change direction becomes smooth, but the trolley easily overturns. On the contrary, if the length between the axis of the rotating shaft and the axle of the wheel is shortened, the movement of the wheel changing direction is not smooth, but the trolley is hard to overturn. According to the present invention, the length from the point where the supporting body comes into contact with the road surface when the carriage is tilted to the axis of the rotating shaft is set longer than the length between the axis of the rotating shaft and the axle of the wheel. It has strong power to support. Therefore, the length between the axis of the rotating shaft and the axle of the wheel can be set long within a range in which the wheel can maintain the movement of smoothly changing the direction. Therefore, it is possible to achieve smooth movement of the trolley which is narrow in lateral width and easy to overturn and prevent overturning.
