管のところに設けた安水ノズルによるエジェクター効果
によりダストやガスをドライメーンに吸引するようにな
っている。而も、装炭時には装炭に見合う容積の炭化室
の空気が急激に排出されることになるから、高圧安水を
使用してエジェクター効果を大きくしている。又、通常
のガス発生時には、ガス温度の低下のためと弱いエジェ
クター効果で充分であるところから低圧安水が用いられ
ているのが一般的である。

の位置から若干ずれていても、エア弁に異状な力がかか
ることはない。

間に挟むように位置せしめたので、ストライカーの押す
位置が若干ずれていても、軸部には垂直な力のみを与え
られるようにしたことである。前述したように該レバー
の軸部への取り付け位置はエア弁の軸線に直交する二枚
の金属板の中間部に位置せしめたから、二枚の金属板を
該レバーの肉厚より厚い金属板とすることにより、該レ
バーはどのような場合でも、エア弁を軸線に対し垂直な
方向から回動させることになる。従って本考案の装置に
よる場合は、該レバーが回動される限りレバーの軸部へ
若干力がかかったとしてもエア弁には全く影響はないこ
とになる。もし装炭車のレバー開閉装置の停止位置が著
しく正規の位置とずれていた場合には、ストライカーの
力では該レバーは回動できないことになるだけであり、
レバーの基礎部に従来程のレイギュラーな力がかかるこ
とはなく、エア弁には全く無関係となり本考案のレバー
も従来のように折損するようなことはない。二枚の金属
板は、剛性を有する限り特に材質の限定はしないが、経
済的な見地からすれば鋼板が好ましい。この二枚の金属
板を支持する部材は鋼板もしくは鋼管のいずれでもよく
炉頂部の適当な位置に1端を固定する必要がある。素材
としては鋼板が好ましい。

ー4の厚みを離して前後2ケ所の溶接部8により接合さ
れている。又、上下にはストッパー9を設けてレバーが
過度に回動することを阻止している。エア弁1に連結さ
れている配管3本の内1本にコンプレスエアの導入管、
他の2本はエアシリンダーへの配管でありエアシリンダ
ーの駆動に用いられる。

も、エア弁の軸とレバーの軸は間接的に連結されている
からエア弁には全く影響はなく、又、レバーには異状な
力のかからない構造としたのでレバーの折損事故が生ず
ることも皆無となった。本考案によりエア弁の開閉を遠
隔操作により自動的に高い信頼度で行なうことが可能と
なった。
