Abstract

PURPOSE:To install so that elongation difference due to thermal expansion of a honeycomb filter part fitted to a can body may be absorbed and also to provide structure that makes maintenance and inspection easy, with respect to the dust collectors for high temp. dust contg. gas discharged from combustion equipment using fossil fuel, such as coal, steel manufacturing machines, cement machines and chemical plants. CONSTITUTION:The 1st honeycomb filter part 4 is in the upper part of a can body 1, and a honeycomb packs 10 are arranged on both sides of a dust contg. gas duct 11. A part of dust contg. gas is taken out of a clean gas outlet through a clean gas duct 12. The remaining gas is collected in a dust hopper 3 from the 2nd filter part 5 and taken out. The honeycomb filter part 4 is supported on a honeycomb pack support bean 13, which is supported freely slidably on a pack support beam cradle 14. Since the support beam 13 is hollow and makes the right and left clean gas ducts 12 communicate with each other and conducts clean gas to a clean gas outlet 6, elongation difference between the support beam 13 and the can body 1 due to thermal expansion is absorbed and a space for maintenance and inspection also is secured.

That is, in the case where the dust removing device is only the honeycomb type filter portion, it is the same as that it is received by the supporting metal finally welded to the can body, but the supporting method is the arch brick method or the usual method. The metal support beam method is adopted. In this case, the dust-containing gas is partitioned by a duct in the can, and the filtered clean gas flows through the other parts of the can and is taken out from one clean gas outlet.

This is an example consisting of the dust hopper 03, and as shown in the EE arrow view of FIG. 7, partition plates 021 are provided on the upper and lower parts of the first filter part 04, and the dust-containing gas duct 011 is arranged in the center of the plane. The filter is a dust-containing gas inlet 02
A part of the dust-containing gas FG flowing from the center is filtered to form a space surrounded by the upper and lower partition plates 021, the can body 01, and the honeycomb pack 010 as a filter as a clean gas chamber 022. Take-out 02
After passing through 3, the clean gas G is extracted to the outside. In this case, the support of all the filter parts including the load of the dust-containing gas duct is performed by the upper and lower partition plates 021.

When the dust removing device is composed only of the honeycomb filter portion, the supporting method is relatively simple because it is integrated in the can body, and there is no particular problem in taking out clean gas. However, in the case shown in Fig. 6,
Since the partition plate 021 is used as the support system, there is a problem of processing the difference between the thermal expansion of the dust-containing gas duct 011 and the mounting frame of the honeycomb pack 010 due to the high temperature gas and the expansion of the can body 01, and the partition plate 021 and the can body. There was a problem of sealing for preventing dust leak from the dust-containing gas side to the clean gas side between No. 01 and No. 01. Further, improvement in maintenance and inspection in a limited space inside the can body 01 has also been a problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a filter part for cleaning a part of dust-containing gas to the outside of a can body through a honeycomb filter part on the upper part and a cylindrical part on the lower part. In a dust remover in which a mold filter and a dust hopper are arranged almost vertically, a honeycomb filter part has a central part as a dust-containing gas passage, and a single stage of a honeycomb pack composed of a plurality of filter elements arranged to face each other. A structure having a plurality of stages and a clean gas duct at the back of the honeycomb filter part to which these are mounted, a support beam supporting these and a pipe for taking clean gas to the outlet outside the can body, and a dust-containing gas duct facing the central honeycomb By introducing it to a clean gas duct provided on each outside of the filter part, and using a beam with a hollow interior as the support beam, It communicates the honeycomb filter portions facing Te is obtained by the configuration taken out gas from the outlet on one side of the clean gas ducts clean gas into the can body.

Since the present invention is the above-mentioned means, in the invention of claim 1, a part of the dust-containing gas that has entered from the upper central portion of the honeycomb filter portion is opposed to each other across the dust-containing gas duct. After being filtered by the honeycomb filter part of No. 1, the gas flows into the clean gas duct that is connected to the back of each filter part. The inflowing clean gas is introduced into the support beam,
Since the supporting beam supports the load and is connected to each clean gas duct, a pipe is connected from one side of the clean gas duct to the clean gas outlet of the can body to take out clean gas from this outlet. The gas in the clean gas duct without piping is also communicated through the inner surface of the support beam and similarly extracted.

The difference in expansion between the can body 1 and the first honeycomb filter portion 4 due to thermal expansion is omitted between the honeycomb pack support beam 13 and the pedestal 14 receiving the same. By expanding the bolt holes on the support beam 13 side to loosen them in the diametrical direction, this difference is released. For the vertical direction, except for the support surface of the support beam support 14, except for the piping. There is no problem so there is no problem with the piping
A bellows pipe is attached to the clean air extraction pipe, and since the backwashing air pipe 8 is a small pipe and is long, there is no problem when it is arranged in consideration of the flexibility of the pipe itself.

As described above in detail, in the present invention, the honeycomb filter is supported by using the supporting beam having the hollow cross section, and also serves as the communication duct of the clean gas duct after filtration. Further, since the connection with the can body is made only between the support pedestal attached to the can body and the support beam, the support beam is slidably connected to the pedestal, so that the extension between the can body and the support beam due to thermal expansion. The problem of difference or dust seal is solved, the difficulty of the conventional partition plate system is overcome, and the limited space for maintenance and inspection inside the can can be secured, and it is possible to provide a more compact filter section than before. It is possible.
