ようにアルミナ等の粉末3の中に成形体2を挿入し、脱
脂する方法(粉中脱脂)や、第3図の斜視図に示すよう
に緻密セラミックス治具5に成形体を収納し脱脂する方
法等がある。

また緻密セラミックス治具を用いる場合、取扱い上、簡
便であるが、成形体と治具の接触面で脱ガス、熱拡散が
悪いため、脱脂後、不良品が多発した。

〔実施例〕〔Example〕

第1図(A),(B)は、本発明に用いたアルミナ多孔
質収納治具の斜視図である。同図(A)に示す如く、成
形体2を多孔質収納治具1のV溝形状の溝1′中に設置
し、実際には同図(B)の如く、段々重ねにし脱脂炉に
入れ脱脂する。

第2図の粉中脱脂では93%、第3図は緻密アルミナ治具
使用で50%となった。

散が行われる。又、取扱も簡単で従来に比して優れた脱
脂方法となる。
