Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of cracks and surface peeling of an extrusion or injection molded article of metal or ceramic by putting the molded article in a jig made of a porous ceramic and degreasing the article. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion or injection molded article 2 of metal or ceramic such as an Al2O3 cylinder is placed in a groove 1' of a holding jig 1 made of a porous ceramic such as Al2O3 having a porosity of about 5-20%. Plural jigs are stacked one upon another and inserted into a degreasing furnace to degrease the articles. Since the gas released from the molded article 2 is absorbed by the porous material, uniform degasification, temperature distribution and thermal diffusion can be attained to obtain an excellent degreased article free from crack, surface-peeling, etc., in high production probability.

に緻密セラミックス治具5に成形体を収納し脱脂する方
法等がある。
