Further, the exterior material using a thin metal plate is merely artificial aesthetic, and the embossed pattern can be seen only as thin unevenness, which has a defect that the three-dimensional effect is poor.

After applying a coat, then apply a three-dimensional enhancing agent with directionality, and wipe off the masking coat and the three-dimensional enhancing agent on the top surface of the convex pattern to expose the makeup surface to a deeper uneven pattern visually. This method proposes a method for forming a decorative surface on a thin metal plate that gives an illusion of a surface and also gives a natural feeling.

Figure 1 shows the embossing process.
1 is heated in the range of 30 ° C to 60 ° C by a heating device A consisting of a burner and a far infrared heater, and then an embossing machine consisting of upper and lower rolls B 1 and B 2 with male and female fitting structures. By embossing with B, an embossed plate 2 is formed by forming a concavo-convex pattern 5 consisting of a concave pattern 3 and a convex pattern 4 on the decorative surface of the thin metal plate 1 as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. . It should be noted that heating the thin metal plate 1 within the range of 30 ° C to 60 ° C prevents cracking and transfer of the coating film to the decorative film even if the thin metal plate 1 on which the decorative film is formed is subjected to severe embossing. It is useful for planning. More specifically, the thin metal plate 1 is made of a surface-treated steel plate, galfan, galvalume steel plate, stainless plate, aluminum plate, and copper plate. A masking coat 6 is applied by a roll coater 7 to the top surface 4a of the convex pattern 4 of the embossed plate 2 as shown in FIG. Masking coat 6
Is capable of temporarily covering the color and pattern on the top surface portion 4a, and finally wiping it off to expose the top surface portion 4a directly to the decorative surface, with a viscosity that does not flow into other than the top surface portion 4a, and can be wiped off. It is made of a material that does not come out and does not adversely affect the cosmetic surface. Specific examples are paints,
It consists of one type such as PVA and water (shimesu only). 8 is a three-dimensional sensation promoter (hereinafter, simply referred to as a promoter), and as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), at least a part of the side surface 4b of the convex pattern 4 or a corresponding portion thereof has a directional distribution It is distributed on one or more parts of the bottom surface part 3a of the other concave pattern 3 described above. More specifically, the facilitating agent 8 has a visual element on the makeup surface, that is, in addition to a mechanical uneven pattern, a shadow function is added to the uneven pattern 5 to provide a deeper and richer three-dimensional appearance. It is for. The material is at least slightly different from the color and density of the decorative surface, and is made of one kind such as paint and asphalt. The coating method is embossed plate 2
Install the spray gun 9 as shown in FIG. 4 (a) so as to collide at an angle θ with respect to the traveling direction, or by a roll coater 10 as shown in FIG. 4 (b) or a curtain flow coater (not shown). The promoter 8 is applied. In this case, the moving speed of the embossing plate 2 is such that the promoter 8 applied by the roll coater 10 or the curtain flow coater does not apply to at least a part of the convex side surface 4b. Reference numeral 11 is a wiping roller for wiping off the uncured masking coat 6 and the promoter 8 existing on the top surface 4a as shown in FIG. The structure includes a wiping roller 11, a roller 13 for storing the solvent 12, and a doctor knife 14, and at least one stage,
If necessary, a plurality of stages (not shown) are installed in parallel. Reference numeral 15 is a heater for drying or baking the promoter 8 existing in the uneven pattern 5 of the embossed plate 2 as shown in FIG. 6, and specific examples thereof include a hot air method, an open flame method, or a heating wire. It is one of the methods.

するものである。Next, an example of the method for forming a decorative surface according to the present invention will be described. Now, the thin metal plate 1 has been cut to a standard size.
As shown in Fig. 1, a 0.27 mm-thick colored steel plate (a plate material baked with white alkyd resin) was used to heat the colored steel plate 1 to 40 by a heating device A using hot air from a burner.
Immediately after heating to 0 ° C., the embossing machine B is used to apply a stucco-like uneven pattern 5 (depth: 0.9 mm).
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the embossed plate 2 is conveyed in the direction of arrow A at a speed of 60 m / min via a conveyor, and a color close to white (masking coat paint 6) is applied to its top surface 4a. Apply with a roll coater 7. Next, the fourth
As shown in FIG. 5A, a spray gun 9 sprays a promoter 8 (polyester resin-based paint) at an angle θ = 45 ° onto a decorative surface which moves in the direction of arrow A at the same speed as the above, in particular, an uneven pattern 5. In this case, the promoter 8 is distributed on the top surface portion 4a and the side surface 4b, the surface orthogonal to the spray direction of the spray gun 9, and the bottom surface portion 3a. In other words, the portion of the side surface 4b that is not orthogonal to the spray direction is in a state in which the promoter 8 does not exist at all, and other than that, the promoter 8 exists somewhat depending on the angle. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the masking coat 6 and the promoter 8 existing on the top surface 4a are wiped through the wiping roller 11, and the embossing plate 2 is dried as shown in FIG. Then, the promoter 8 is hardened and delivered as a product.

The embossed plate 2 may be provided so as to have the uneven pattern 5 having a two- or three-stage structure as shown in FIG. For example, in FIG. 7 (a), the promoter 8 applied to the top surface 4a lower than the top surface 4a 'can be formed so as not to be wiped off.
The hardness of the rubber, sponge, etc. of the call coater 7 and the wiping roller 11 can be selected according to the purpose.

There is a feature that becomes a rich makeup surface. Further, since the promoter can be sprayed at an arbitrary angle, there is a feature that a makeup surface having various shades can be easily formed. Furthermore, since the thin metal plate is heated in the range of 30 ° C to 60 ° C before embossing, even if severe embossing is applied, the decorative film has no cracks and the embossing roll does not transfer the coating film. is there.
