A supply port for the article to be packaged, a packaging passage that is in communication with the supply port and is provided in a hanging direction, a pair of roll-shaped films located on both outer sides of the supply port, a drive roller, and a pressing force that presses the film against the drive roller. A film feeding means, which is composed of a roller, and which feeds each of the pair of roll-shaped films into the packaging passage from the supply port in synchronization with each other, and a pair of lateral heating members and a pair which are arranged to face each other through the packaging passage. A vertical heating member, heating member driving means connected to both heating members for moving the heating members on one side and the corresponding heating members on the other side closer to and away from each other, and opposed to each other via the packaging passage. And a pair of elastically deformable straightening members that are respectively located in regions partitioned by both heating members on each side and that perform approaching and separating operations integrally with both heating members,
When the heating members are separated from each other, the pair of films are fed into the packaging passage to receive the packaged object between the films, and when the heating members are close to each other, the posture of the packaged object is corrected by the correction member. In this state, a pair of films fed into the packaging passage at the upper end of the packaging passage by the horizontal heating member are fused and cut along the width direction of the film, and both cut ends are kept fused even after the cutting. With the above, the present invention proposes a packaging device characterized in that one end portion along a longitudinal direction of a pair of films fed into the packaging passage below the lateral heating member is fused by the longitudinal heating member. Is.

A member and a pair of vertical heating members and a pair of correction members, a heating member driving means, and a pair of correction members,
When the heating members are separated from each other, the pair of films is fed into the packaging passage to receive the packaged object between the films, and when the heating members are close to each other, the posture of the packaged object is corrected by the correction member. In the state, the pair of films fed into the packaging passage at the upper end of the packaging passage by the horizontal heating member are fused and cut along the width direction thereof, and both the cut portions are kept fused even after the cutting. Along with, since the one end portion along the vertical direction of the pair of films fed into the packaging passage below the horizontal heating member by the vertical heating member is fused, the packaged object such as vegetables is supplied to the supply port. Just by placing it, the product to be packaged inside will not be affected by the three-dimensional shape of the product to be fused, and the fusion and cutting of the film will be surely made good without wrinkling. , A bag in which three sides are sealed by a horizontal heating member and a vertical heating member is obtained, and regardless of large-scale equipment or the like, a small-sized, inexpensive device can be used to automatically perform bag-making and packaging at the same time. The packaging work can be performed easily and quickly, the work efficiency is improved, and particularly soft vegetables such as spinach and the like can be favorably dealt with.

According to 21, the pair of films 6 fed into the packaging passage 5 at the upper end of the packaging passage 5 are fusion-bonded and cut along the width direction thereof, and both cutting ends are fusion-bonded and maintained after cutting, According to the vertical heating member 22, the pair of films 6 fed into the packaging passage 5 below the horizontal heating member 21.
Fusing one end along the vertical direction. In this way, the film 6 is cut and, as shown in FIG. 4, is sealed by the horizontal fusion-bonding portion 64 by the horizontal heating member 21 and the vertical fusion-bonding portion 65 by the vertical heating member 22. A bag 66 having the widthwise direction in the longitudinal direction of the film 6 is formed, and the vegetables 4 are packaged inside, and passed from the packaging passage 6 through the shooter 67 provided at the lower part of the bag 6 and prepared on the left side of the shooter 64. It falls naturally into the container 68. After the bag 6 drops,
Since the lower end of the remaining film 6 is fused as shown in FIG. 4, the supply port 3 is always closed by the film 6 in step S1. In addition, when newly setting the roll-shaped film 6, each film 6
Since the lower ends of the pair of films 6 are not yet connected, it is necessary to turn on the start switch 61 and once perform idle operation to fuse the lower ends of the pair of films 6.

る。With the above configuration, the supply port 3 for the vegetables 4, the packaging passage 5,
A pair of roll-shaped films 6, a film feeding means, a pair of horizontal heating members 21 and a pair of vertical heating members 22 and a pair of straightening members 51, which are arranged on both sides through the packaging passage 5, and a heating member driving means. And both heating members 2
When 1 and 22 are separated from each other, the pair of films 6 is fed into the packaging passage 5 to receive the vegetables 4 between the films 6, and when the heating members 21 and 22 are close to each other, the posture of the vegetables 4 is corrected by the correction member 51. Then, the pair of films 6 fed out into the packaging passage 5 at the upper end portion of the packaging passage 5 by the lateral heating member 21 are fused and cut along the width direction and both the cut ends are kept fused even after the cutting. Along with the vertical heating member
Since one end portion along the longitudinal direction of the pair of films 6 fed into the packaging passage 5 below the horizontal heating member 21 by fusing is fused, the vegetables 4 are simply placed on the supply port 3.
With the vegetables 4 accommodated inside, the film 6 is reliably fused and cut satisfactorily without wrinkles without being affected by the three-dimensional shape of the vegetables 4, and the lateral heating member 21 A bag with three sides sealed by the vertical heating member 22 and 66
It is possible to automatically perform bag making and packaging at the same time with a compact and inexpensive device, regardless of large-scale equipment, and to perform the packaging work easily and quickly, improving work efficiency, Especially, it can be suitably applied to soft vegetables such as spinach.

等、種々の効果を奏する。[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the packaging device of the present invention, the packaging material is provided with the supply port, the packaging passage, the pair of roll-shaped films, the film feeding means, and the packaging passage. A pair of lateral heating members and a pair of vertical heating members and a pair of straightening members, a heating member driving means, and a pair of straightening members disposed on both sides of the pair of films when the heating members are separated from each other. Is fed into the packaging passage to receive the article to be packaged between the films, and when the heating members are close to each other, the orientation of the article to be packaged is corrected by the correction member, and the packaging path is provided by the lateral heating member. At the upper end of the pair of films fed into the packaging passage is fused and cut along the width direction of the film to keep both cut portions fused even after the cutting, and by the vertical heating member. Since one end portion along the longitudinal direction of the pair of films fed into the wrapping passage below the horizontal heating member is fused, only the object to be packaged such as vegetables is placed in the supply port, and the inside of the wrapping passage is covered. In the state where the package is housed, without being affected by the three-dimensional shape of the packaged object, the film is fused and cut reliably and satisfactorily without wrinkling,
A bag in which three sides are sealed by a horizontal heating member and a vertical heating member is obtained, and it is possible to perform bag making and packaging automatically at the same time with a small, inexpensive device without using large-scale equipment. The work can be performed easily and quickly, the work efficiency is improved, and particularly, soft vegetables such as spinach can be favorably dealt with, and various effects are exhibited.
