The present invention relates to a luggage carrier deck with a mat that is installed on a floor of a freight vehicle or the like so that it can be tilted up and down and is used as a luggage carrier, and a manufacturing method thereof. In recent years, one-box freight vehicles have been widely used as vehicles for carrying various loads, and a floor other than a driver's seat inside a vehicle body serves as a cargo bed. Here, there are some things such as food and luxury goods that are not suitable for being directly placed on a dirty floor. Therefore, for such luggage, a deck with a mat is erected on the floor so that it can be tilted horizontally above the floor when necessary, and high-quality items etc. are placed on the mat of this deck and transported. Is being considered. Therefore, the deck in this case is a bed having high rigidity, and a mat is laid on substantially the entire surface of the deck.

By the way, the above-mentioned parcel shelf of the prior art is mainly intended to cover the trunk room, and cannot be applied to the luggage deck in terms of strength. Further, the carpet is attached in terms of aesthetics and noise absorption, and simple attachment is required, but in the case of the present invention, various loads such as dragging are applied when loading and unloading luggage, so be careful not to peel it off. It is necessary to firmly adhere, and inevitably the attachment means is different. For this reason, it is required that the luggage deck has a rigid board body capable of supporting the load of luggage and that the mat is attached to the board body so as not to be easily peeled off. The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and easily and inexpensively manufactures a board body having high rigidity, and also provides a vehicle carrier bed deck and a manufacturing method thereof for easily and firmly fixing a mat. It is intended to be provided.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is a hollow plate-shaped body formed by blow molding a resin, the periphery of which is surrounded by a thick portion of a box cross section, and a rib provided on the back side between the thick portions in a corrugated form. And a recess for mat laying is provided on the front side of the board body with a step, and the mat is integrally heat-bonded to the inside of the recess. In addition, a board having a thick portion, corrugated ribs and depressions for laying a mat is formed by blow molding of resin, and a mat is preliminarily provided with a heat-bonding member on the back surface of the molding die at a location corresponding to the depression. When the blow molding is performed, the mat is integrally heat-bonded to the recess at the same time when the board is manufactured during the blow molding.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, an outline of a cargo deck to which the present invention is applied will be described. Reference numeral 1 is a vehicle body of a freight vehicle, 2 is a floor, and a rear floor 3 is set high in the rear portion of the floor 2 because an engine, a transmission and the like are mounted. Then, a loading platform deck 4 with a mat is installed on the floor 2 so that the legs 5 on one side are rotatably attached and can be erected, and when it is laid down like the solid line, one side of the loading platform deck 4 is placed on the rear floor 3
It hangs on the stepped part 6 and is kept horizontal and functions as a cargo bed. Further, when unnecessary, the loading deck 4 is erected vertically like a two-dot chain line. 2A and 2B, the structure of the cargo deck 4 will be described. First, the cargo deck 4 has a hollow plate-shaped board body 10 formed by blow molding a thermoplastic resin, and this board body 10 has a rectangular cross-section with thick portions 11 of the box cross section, and the thickness of the back side. The ribs 13 are attached in a rectangular corrugation along with the box cross-sectional view 12 between the meat parts 11 in the horizontal or vertical direction. Further, a mat laying recess 15 is formed on the front side of the board body 10 inside the edge 14 with a predetermined step, and the bottom surface portion 16 and the back surface portion 17 of the recess 15 are in close contact with each other. On the other hand, the mat 18 is integrally attached to the inside of the recess 15 of the board body 10 by heat-welding the back side to the bottom surface portion 16. In this case, as shown in FIG. It is buried lower than 14 and is hard to peel off. With the above configuration, the board body 10 has greater rigidity in the thick portion 11 and the rib 13. Moreover, the mat 18 is less likely to be peeled off because the periphery is lower than the edge 14, and the back side is heat-welded to the board body 10 so that the mat 18 is not easily displaced. In this way, when the board body 10 of the loading platform deck 4 is laid down horizontally and a luggage such as a luxury item is placed on the mat 18, the board body 10 receives and supports the load. Referring to FIG. 3, a method of manufacturing the cargo deck will be described. That is, it is mainly formed by blow molding, and for example, a tubular parison W of thermoplastic resin is molded. On the back side of the mat 18, a heat-adhesive or heat-weldable film is used.
20 is adhered, and suction films 21 are attached to the front side, for example, at the four corners. On the other hand, the molding dies 22 and 23 are divided into two parts, and have an uneven portion 24 for molding the thick portion 11, the ribs 13, the edges 14, and the depressions 15 of the board body 10, and the convex portions 25 corresponding to the depressions 15. In suction mouth 27
And a negative pressure passage 26 is provided. Then, the mat 18 is attached to the convex portion 25 in a state where the suction film 21 is fitted to the suction port 27 and sucked. After that, the parison W is put into the molding dies 22 and 23, the dies are closed, and air is blown into the dies to expand them, and the board body 10 is formed. Also, with the film 20 that melts with the heat at this time,
The mat 18 is heat-bonded to the formed recess 15 at the same time. After cooling and solidifying, the negative pressure in the passage 26 is released, the molding dies 22, 23 are opened, the board body 10 with mat is taken out, and the suction film 21 is removed. In this way, the mat 18 is adhered at the same time as the molding of the board body 10. The film 20 for adhering the mat 18 may be made of the same material as the board body 10.

【発明の効果】 以上述べてきたように、本発明によれば、 ボード体が軽量で剛性が大きいので荷台デッキに適し、

As described above, according to the present invention, since the board body is lightweight and has high rigidity, it is suitable for a cargo deck.
Blow molding facilitates molding and is suitable for mass production. The mat has a uniform height and is in close contact with the board body, so it has a good appearance, and since it is attached lower than the edge by thermal bonding, there is very little peeling or misalignment. The mat is bonded at the same time when the board body is molded, and the pressing metal fittings and the mounting man-hours are unnecessary, which can be inexpensive.
