The core blocks 1A1 to 4 in which a plurality of thin iron plates are laminated are provided between each other and to the core end ventilation ducts 2A1 to 5 for cooling the core. This ventilation duct is the fourth

G4 and G5 are usually 0.5 to 1.0 mm. This is because the heat generated when the duct piece 2B1 is welded to the contact plate 2C1 by the spot weld 3 prevents the deformation of the tooth 6 portion of the contact plate 2C1 from reaching the core slot 4.

The heat generated when welding with spot welds tends to cause blistering.

Becomes very narrow, the composition of the tip end of the contact plate weakens, and due to the heat generated by the spot weld, a blistering t occurs on the gear gap side from the wedge groove as shown in FIG.

Therefore, as a result of various studies, the present invention can be achieved by removing the portion on the gear side including the wedge groove portion where the spot weld of the contact plate portion is apt to be deformed (blown) due to heat.

The object is achieved by removing the teeth of the wedge groove portion of the plate, which is most affected by the deformation (blurring) that occurs. At this time, the range in which the teeth of the contact plate are removed is best located at a position 1 to 2 mm away from the iron core wedge groove portion on the side opposite to the gear tap. The reason is that it is necessary to consider the deformation of the touch plate teeth portion and to change the length of the duct piece to be attached by deleting the touch plate teeth portion. Since the duct piece secures a space for passing air, the result of testing how much the duct piece opens in the axial direction of the iron core depending on the length of the duct piece was as shown in FIG. As a result, the hypotenuse is
There is no problem with opening the iron core even if the duct plate is removed and the duct piece is attached as described above. By carrying out at a distance of 1 to 2 mm to the gear side, the influence of the contact plate teeth inside the iron core wedge groove is eliminated.

Next, remove the tooth part of the contact plate at a position G1 (1 to 2 mm) away from the iron core wedge groove on the side opposite to the gear and remove it to the inner and outer diameters as usual, and use spot welds with duct piece lengths that open G2 and G3 respectively.
