る。(Means for Solving the Problem) In the connecting structure of members according to the present invention, the heads of a plurality of bolts are slidably fitted in the guide grooves provided in one member, and the threaded portions of the bolts are connected to each other. In the structure in which the member is penetrated through and the nut is fixed, there is a width dimension portion between the one member and the other member that is equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the screw portion of each bolt, and the screw portion penetrates. A structure for connecting both members with a resin guide plate having a hole to be interposed is used as a means for solving the conventional problems. (Effect of the Invention) In the connecting structure of members according to the present invention, a guide plate having a hole through which the threaded portions of a plurality of bolts penetrate is provided, and the heads are fitted into the guide grooves of one of the bolts. The positional relationship can be maintained in accordance with the bolt penetrating portion of the other member, and the bolts can be simultaneously moved via the guide plate, so that the other member can be easily attached to the plurality of bolts. (Example) Hereinafter, this invention is demonstrated based on drawing. 1 to 4 are views for explaining an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, in the carport shown in FIG. 4, one member, a girder 1 and the other member, a pillar. The connection with 2 is illustrated. The carport has a total of 4 pillars 2 on each of the left and right.
In addition to the book, a beam 3 is installed between the columns 2 and 2 facing each other on the left and right, and two roof bodies 4 and 4 are provided. The roof body 4 has a structure in which a plurality of rafters 5, cross rails 6, panels 7 and the like are incorporated between a pair of girders 1, 1, and one girder 1 is on the left side or the right side columns 2, 2. Connected to the other digit 1
Are connected to the beam 3 together with the girders 1 of the adjacent roof body 4. The girder 1 is made of, for example, an extruded shape, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the horizontal wall 11 and the vertical strips 1 on both sides of the horizontal wall 11 are provided at approximately one half of the lower part of the cross section.
A guide portion 14 having a downward groove shape is formed with the reference numerals 2 and 13, and two downward guide grooves 15 opening to the horizontal wall 11 are formed. The guide portion 14 and the guide groove 15 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the girder 1. The guide groove 15
Has an opening width smaller than the internal width dimension corresponding to various dimensions of the bolt described later. The mounting surface 16 of the rafter 5 and the like are also formed on the girder 1. On the other hand, the pillar 2 has a structure in which a connecting member 2c is fixed to an upper end of a main body 2a standing on the ground via a spacer 2b. The spacer 2b and the connecting member 2c are
Substantially a part of the column (the other member) 2. The connecting member 2c has overhanging portions 2e, 2e at both ends of a base portion 2d covering the upper end surface of the spacer 2b, and each overhanging portion 2e has an interval corresponding to the guide grooves 15, 15. Two bolt through holes 17, 17 are formed. The connecting member 2c is fixed by, for example, screwing a screw, which is passed through the spacer 2b from the base 2d, into the main body 2a. When connecting the girder 1 and the column 2, as shown in FIG. 2, the heads of the two hexagon head bolts 18 and 18 are slidably and rotated in the guide grooves 15 and 15, respectively. Each threaded portion is inserted into the guide plate 19 so that it cannot be fitted into the guide plate 15, and the threaded portion protrudes from the guide groove 15. The guide plate 19 is made of a resin thin plate having a size corresponding to the plane of the connecting member 2c, and has a square hole portion 19a formed at a position corresponding to each bolt through hole 17. The length of one side of the hole 19a is equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the threaded portion of the bolt 18, and the center portion of each side is in pressure contact with the threaded portion. When mounting the guide plate 19, the bolt 18 may be inserted into the guide groove 15 first, or the bolt 18 may be passed through the hole 19a in advance. The guide plate 19 thus mounted holds the respective bolts 18 in a positional relationship with each other in accordance with the bolt through holes 17 in the support column 2 and also holds the respective bolts 18 in the guide groove 15
Can be moved in unison along with, and due to the dimensional relationship between the screw portion and the hole portion 19a described above, it will not fall. If the guide plate 19 is made of resin as described above, there is an advantage that the girder 1 will not be scratched or the like when it is moved along the guide groove 15. When mounting the column 2, since the bolts 18 have already been positioned at the selected positions in the girder 1, the respective screw parts are simultaneously penetrated into the respective bolt through holes 17, and the tips of the respective screw parts are attached. A cap nut 21 is screwed through the washer 20. At this time, the connecting member 2c of the column 2
Is fitted in the guide portion 14 of the girder 1 to further enhance the connection strength between the girder 1 and the support column 2. Thus, the guide plate 1 having the holes 19a through which the threaded portions of the bolts 18 respectively pass between the girder 1 and the column 2.
Multiple bolts 1 in girder 1 due to the interposition of 9
8 can be easily positioned, and the support 2 can be easily attached to the bolts 18. The shape of the holes of the guide plate is not limited to the square, but may be circular, elliptical, or polygonal. For example, as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to form a hole portion 19b through which the two bolts 18 are passed, and in addition, when the guide groove 15 is opened downward as in the above embodiment, the guide plate is provided in the guide groove. It is also possible to provide a fall prevention engaging portion that engages.
Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the four bolts 18 are penetrated through the one guide plate 19, but as shown in FIG.
A guide plate 19 through which the bolts 18, 18 fitted in the two guide grooves 15, 15 of one member 31 penetrate one by one, or, as shown in FIG.
A guide plate 19 for penetrating the three bolts 18 fitted in the guide groove 15 of the book can be used. In addition to these, the number of guide grooves and the number of bolts fitted in one guide groove can be changed. However, the point is that the configuration can hold the positional relationship between the plurality of bolts. Further, the connecting structure of the members of this invention is the same as the girder 1 and the column 2 shown in the above embodiment.
It can be applied to the connection of various members other than the connection with.

In the structure in which the member is penetrated through and the nut is fixed, there is a width dimension portion between the one member and the other member that is equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the screw portion of each bolt, and the screw portion penetrates. Since the structure is such that both members are connected through the interposition of a resin guide plate having a hole portion, a plurality of bolts in one member in a structure in which the other member is connected in a positionally adjustable manner with respect to one member. Can be easily and quickly positioned and the other member can be attached to these bolts, and the workability at the time of connection can be significantly improved even when handling a large member. That. Also, by adopting a resin guide plate, even if the positional relationship of the multiple bolts is slightly misaligned, they can be easily fitted into the holes to obtain the correct positional relationship, and the screw threads are not Without worrying about crushing, with the bolt penetrated into the hole,
Since the guide plate does not come off accidentally, it can contribute to the improvement of workability, and there is no risk of damaging the members even when the guide plate is moved together with the bolt in this state to adjust the position. There are advantages.
